They are a terrible dealership in all areas. This is my experience with them. Would NOT reccomend this place to a soul. I feel bad for anyone who has bought for this car lot. Whatever you buy here is a ticking time bomb. Deceiving, unhelpful, and outright disrespectful. When you pay 40,000$ for a truck and there is pre-existing water damage they obviously did no inspecting on the truck that’s pretty bad business on their part. And after them and other professional places have tried to repair the damage this truck is still leaking and having electrical problems. This dealership is refusing to help me and my family with this. They have offered to keep trying to fix a problem that was pre-existing and that has been “fixed multiple times”. I have picked this truck up from them 4 separate times and each time they have handed me the keys and I have got in drove home and found more leaks and water throughout the truck. They are unwilling to give me my money back or even anywhere close to what I paid for it. They are unwilling to do anything for us but keep trying to fix a problem that is never getting fixed. The exposure to water already has caused electrical issues and I’m not putting a newborn in a vehicle with mold and dropping water on him. PLEASE DO YOUR HOMEWORK before purchasing. BUYER BEWARE.

The Auto Shoppe will be my first stop next time I am looking for another vehicle. Such a good clean selection to choose from, and zero pressure made this a great Jeep buying experience.

My wife and I had been online shopping a few weeks and In Person a few days and it came down between a new GMC Acadia at the local GMC Dealer or used Tahoe. We just didnt feel like a priority at the GMC Dealer and they couldnt even call themselves to obtain a payoff for my trade. I even mentioned $5,000 DOWN. So I reached out to Derek Hunter and had a deal worked out over the phone, showed up to see it nicely displayed with a custom mirror tag hanging for my wife. We drove the very nice Tahoe around the block (it was Saturday 25 min before close) then came back and they patiently had me sign the papers. When spending $40,000 on a car or even $5,000 people want an EXPERIENCE and that is what we got at The Auto Shoppe. If you are looking for a newer model pre owned at a good and FAIR price then TAS is where you should be. This was our 5th vehicle from them and the ONLY reason they were in Competition with anyone else is we considered a New Unit. Thank you Derek, Kyle, Mark, and Tracey for making this a GOOD experience.
