I bought Cadillac #2 here for a great price. Plenty of low mileage well priced trucks suv's and cars to choose from. The owner, Charles and his team are great. The sales staff is fun, kind, and diverse. If you want a GMC or Buick new or used go here first. My coworker in Houston bought his Yukon here because he likes the dealership and its people.

Great facility great selection great service
We bought a 2014 Cadillac SRX here for my mom. Great selection of all types of vehicles. Randy our sales person already had an excellent price on the car and made the process fast, smooth and more importantly fun. After purchasing at two GM dealers (GMC/Buick) in the past this is the only one I'll go to. they are locally owned and treat you like great neighbors as well as customers! I'll be getting my next car here very soon! Free Car washes too! Thanks, Randy, Charles, Shannon and Joffa!

Great Experience!
My overall experience with Gateway GMC in Garland was excellent. This was definitely due to your sales rep Steve Essex and his courteous and professional demeanor. Steve has a customer first attitude which made me feel very comfortable when looking to purchase a vehicle. Steve is a stand up guy, and true man of his word. He continues his excellent service even after you leave the lot and I am proof of that. That is why I not only purchased 1 vehicle but 4 over the past few years. I would also like to acknowledge and thank Marcia Nelson for her expertise and customer service in the financing of my vehicles. I would highly recommend this dealership thanks to Steve, Marcia and the other people I dealt with at Gateway GMC. The service department is also great. They look after their customers and not just their commissions.

EVERYTHING AND MORE!
You know, when another dealer's salesperson tells me to go to another dealer, you don't need to tell me twice! After basically doing my homework and doing all the work for them (to the point of even locating the vehicle at Gateway Buick GMC and telling them where it was, I was tired and frustrated after a week of getting the "run-a-round!" So I took the salesperson's advice and drove over 30 miles and met the Sales Manager Mr. Randy Morgan, who put me at ease, and listened patiently to how I came to be in his dealership. He smiled, knowing that I knew what I was talking about and wanted, shook my hand and said, "DONE!" He then introduced me to Robbie Sherwin, who is a young, energetic, personable sales professional. And just when I thought that it couldn't get any better...Robbie introduced me to Don Gutierrez in Finance and from start to finish in a little over an hour (okay maybe two!) I was on my way! This is not the fist time buying a new car, I consider myself an experienced and knowledgeable consumer, and I must say that this was/is one of the most enjoyable experiences that I have when buying a new car. I say is, because the relationship continues, I'm actually here at the dealership picking up my plates and the smiles on everyone's face are just as sincere and genuine as the first time I walked in...thank you Don, Robbie, Randy, and the entire Gateway Buick GMC Team!

Fantastic service!
I was contacted by Mr. Kelly Covington of Gateway Buick and GMC promptly on Monday morning after submitting my request for someone to contact me on Sunday night. My wife and I were eating lunch on Monday when I was able to get with Kelly and before lunch was over I had bought a GMC Yukon and had made a trade and financing was complete, all but signing the papers. This wasn't bad, especially being over 300 miles apart. My wife and I drove over that evening and the next morning we met with Kelly and signed all the paperwork. We could not have had a better experience all the way around! We would recommend Kelly Covington and Gateway Buick and GMC to anyone looking!

friendly staff great customer service
I was greeted by awesome salesman Tj Shoola with a smile and a handshake, he was very helpful and answered all questions thoroughly even coming in on his day off to finalize my paperwork, overall I give this facility an A++++ cause everyone I came in contact with was courteous and friendly catering to my needs as a consumer.

Great Place to buy a vehicle
We recommend Gateway Buick GMC to anyone that is looking for a car or truck. Robbie Sherwin is a great young salesman. He is freindly and listened to what were saying and looking for. We never felt pressured through the whole process. Robbie was very knowledgable of the vehicle and it's electronics and explained everything to us. He helped us set up our phone and On Star. I feel that if I have any problem with the truck that he will try to do anything to help me. And last but not least, the lifetime car washes are awesome.
