Amazing! Dennis got me the best deal possible.

Dennis was awesome. He took care of everything I asked for and got me the best deal possible. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle.

XMAS PRESENT

Experience was great!!!!!!!

I was out on the lot looking for a Jeep with another salesman at Baugh Ford. I didn't even see the Jeep Wrangler on the lot until another salesman Dennis Johnson walk out there and show me . It was a Jeep Wrangler I was looking for the whole time Dennis ask me to take it out on a test drive i drove it and fell in love with it. I always wanted a Jeep Wrangler i have a incline driveway. Thank you Linda for your wonderful help but also THANK YOU Dennis Johnson of letting me know that you had a Wrangler there on your lot thank you, Baugh Ford. I'm very happy and satisfied .

My New Fusion

I have been wanting to buy a new car for a while, so on Wednesday, November 16, 2016, I let my husband know that it was time. Ironically, my husband was also my consultant! I bought a 2016 fully-loaded Ford Fusion Titanium from my husband at Baugh Ford. He took me out to drive the car and showed me all the features and how they worked. He is extremely knowledgeable about the product he sells. He took me in to do the paperwork, and I was in and out in no time. My husband, Dennis Johnson, sales consultant at Baugh Ford, was very professional, straightforward, and thorough in explaining everything I needed to know about the car and the entire car-buying process. This was the best experience I have ever had buying a car, thanks to Dennis and the crew at Baugh Ford.

Excellent car buying experience

Baugh Ford was our first stop in what we planned on being a few days of car shopping. I thought I wanted to change from a car to a small SUV and wanted to drive the Escape to try it out. I loved the Escape and decided my shopping was over. Dennis Johnson, our sales consultant, was very knowledgeable and helpful. We felt we received a good trade-in and a good buy on the new SUV. Within a few hours, I was ready to hit the road in my new Escape!

Service Department!

Have a recall on my 2014 f150 brought it in to the service department and the guy told me to give him a call and he would work something out to leave it and put me in a loaner for the repair.Called and talked with some other guy named Larry and he said they couldn't do a loaner for this issue.I should have stayed with Toyota exceptional service with service department.Will not buy from this dealership again In future.One person tells you one thing and other a different.Guess should get it in writing.Guess repeat customers mean nothing to this business owner.The purchase experience was great Brad Blankenship is a great salesman.

Great buying experince

We drove over a 120 miles to Baugh Ford to a purchase 2015 Tahoe.it was a great wonderful buying experience. Tod Hall was a wonderful salesman, no pressure ,very helpful, he gave us A awesome deal we are very satisfied. THANK YOU.

Good, Quality, Interested in Customers

We came here looking at a very specific vehicle and ended up coming away with something even better. My wife was treated fairly and neither of us were being screwed over at all, good, honest folk here. They looked at our situation and helped us all they possibly could.

Dennis is the truth!!!!!!!

I Drove all the way from Selma, AL--I was looking for a certain car my truck was on it's last leg. As soon as I walked in the door ,Dennis greeted us at the door ,at that moment I knew he was going to get me into a new car. I was a little skeptic of him because he was to nice and was very persistence and determined. A hour later i'm rolling off the lot with 2016 Dodge Charger. Dennis told it like the way it is he didn't sugar coating nothing. I like dealing with somebody like this ,I will send all my family and friends to him form my area.
