Danny in service was amazing as always. I will bring every rig I own to have him service. He Is always honest, and I have never once had a problem with his work. It is nice to be able to rely and trust a dealership. He goes above and beyond every time to make sure that our rig is done properly and on time.

Very good customer service
I was looking for a car and in the past my friend bought a car from this place, so I have decided to check it out as well. Their staff is truly amazing at answering your messages fast, helping out without hesitation and getting what you want! Great experience, even though I didn't buy the vehicle due to my situation.

I love my guy up front, Danny. However my latest experience was not great and does not reflex on him in any way! I made an appointment for an oil change. Giving myself 2 hrs to have it done. At 2 hrs/10 min I was getting mad. I had scheduled a service at my home. Danny did what he could to radio the mechanic. It took 2 1/2 hrs! My service appointment at my home was missed, and I didn't even get my truck washed!!! If you guys schedule appointments, KEEP THEM, And if you won't be able to, have the decency to call and rescheduled.

outstanding people and service
We went to Harris ford to look at a truck they had on the lot and was immediately welcomed by the salesman we talked to on the phone. After looking at a couple different trucks they had set up for us we decided on a chevy silverado. The salesman took us in to the showroom and interdused us to the floor sales manager that told us he would be taking over on the sale so there will be no waiting because out time is valuable. Being that we had our two young kids with us it was very valuable due to them getting bored quickly. The salesman offered to play basketball with my kids in order to make it less stessfull for us and boy did it. The customer service is top notch and the sales process is better than I've ever been apart of. We weren't able to come to a deal but it wasn't like they just kept trying to push us into something we couldn't afford, the sales manager said I'm not going to waste anymore of your time I don't think we can get there on this truck. The honesty and the fact that they made it about our time and not a sale makes me a lifetime customer of theirs. They are great.

Service Visit
Excellent Service! Nice touch with the new Service Board that shows appointments. My Service Advisor,Danny, always listens to my issues and always addresses them. Love getting a carwash and a SB card! Easy to use wifi while waiting.
