mirror replacement

took my truck in to have the passenger mirror replaced and it only tool around an half hour.

Clutch Assembly

Although this service was installing the 3rd Clutch Assembly, it was handled very professionally. BTW that is the 4th counting the original.

Good service, one remaining issue

We brought our 2003 Focus wagon in to have a service person install a left front headlight bulb that we brought with us. MC served us in arranging this; it too about 45 minutes, which we expected. One problem remains: the green light on the dash instrument panel that normally only shows when using the turn signal is now on all the time whenever the headlights are on. There must be some `glitch? in the bulb connection causing this...so we will need to return to the Harris service dept. to have this checked out -when we can fit this into my son?s work schedule.

Hidden flaws that the dealer knew about

I had a terrible experience and it was through many days with many employees at this location. they are selling a ford Focus RS 2017 with major paint defect and knew about it but tried to sell it without mentioning it and wanted to sell it as is without even trying to reduce the price once i noticed in person the defect. instead they offered to wash the car... i would expect a new car to come clean in the first place.

As usual, the service was terrific and thorough, including the car wash. My only disappointment was the parts for the recall were not available for installation. This means I will have to make another trip.
