Not a good place to buy a car

Very poor customer service, I scheduled an appointment to look at one of the vehicles on the lot, I showed up at exactly the time I was supposed to be there, the vehicle was still completely covered in snow, so I had to wade through 1 foot of snow to look at it. The sales guy walked out and said "our appointments are booked by an outside service, and they didn't tell us" HOW IS THIS MY PROBLEM? the vehicle was mis represented in the photos and it poor shape. I read a lot of bad reviews about this car lot when I was looking into them. I now believe everything I read. I would not use them again

Chris, We really welcome all types of feedbacks simply because we learn from them, just to clarify things your appointment was setup throw our Facebook page with a third party service and we didn't have enough time to clear the lot then 100 cars from a 10" of snow , again we express our apologies and hope to make it right next time.

Buffalo car shopper

The car I inquired about had 4 different tires , a different sized wheel and a cracked windshield.These issues would have prevented the vehicle from passing inspection and soured me on this dealership. Lemon squad saved me from what I’m sure would have been more undisclosed issues. I realize the vehicle was a used car and I expect normal wear but this felt shady.

Mr. Buffalo Car Shopper, we appreciate your feedback even when negative because we are not perfect but we like to learn how.... fist you contacted us from New York to buy our car in Ohio because it was a great deal that you could't find near by, the tires was in great shape but not the same brand how can we blamed for that? also the wheels were original and not a different size, also we promised you to install a new windshield, so really we shoud not have an issue.

2005 Hummer H2

I purchased the 2005 Hummer H2. The purchase experience was pleasant enough, but when I got home, I realized the front skid plate that was in the pictures advertised was missing. I called and was told they would look into to it and call me back. They have to this date, never returned my calls. I continued to harass them until they finally told me they had the front skid plate and that I could drive 2 hours back down to their location and pick it up. I asked if they could please ship it and I said I would even pay for the shipping. They told me that was fine and I asked that they please call me with the cost of the shipping and the tracking number when it shipped. They told me once again they would call me back with the details, but of course, never did. It has been 3 weeks now and no skid plate and nothing but a run around for something they screwed up on. I am not understanding what the big deal is about shipping me my $350 front skid plate when I agreed to pay for the shipping? Very disappointing end to a very pleasant buying experience!

Andrew went out of his way to accommodate us after hours on a Sunday evening. The experience was the best I've had in my used car buying experience! It was friendly, efficient and I feel we received an incredible deal! Thank you!!!

Best car buying experience...minor issue has occurred and they are working with me on it. So all is good....car runs as advertised

Best Car buying experience I've ever had. Truck runs great, reported small problem to dealer, they were responsive, just waiting on the outcome of that. But up until now, I feel like I got a great deal on a good used truck with 134,000 miles on. Thanks, Jason for not making this whole thing a terrible experience in waiting like when I have been to large dealerships.

Great Experience Excellent Service!

From the time I placed the initial phone call to the time I drove off the lot, Mike made the entire buying process an absolute pleasure. I was never hassled or pressured into anything. Mike was very helpful. He made me feel as if he was my personal financial adviser. I truly felt as if he had my brat interest in mind. I made the nearly two hour trip from Columbus Ohio because of not only the great deal but because he was very honest with me over the phone. Talking to Mike was like talking to a long time friend. He was straight forward with everything and answered all of my questions honestly and responded to me promptly. I received text messages informing me when my new car came back from being detailed. I also received calls and/or texts of any changes that he found that would impact my financing ........!!!!! We definitely recommend them to anyone that is in the market of buying a quality used car. Good guys good deals great customer service....and a GREAT CAR!
