Rick the Service Dept rep was very helpful and courteous, and explained beforehand the work to be done and explained afterwards the work that was completed.

Jamahl Michael was the sale rep who sold us a new Ford Focus. He was honest and straightforward and extremely knowledgeable about the car. He worked out a fair deal and we went away with our new car happy. This was a great car buying eperience! Alice Rohman quickly processed our down payment. Financing was quick and easy. Went off without a hitch!!
