They were very good about explaining what my car needed. They were not pushy when I said I wanted to wait to get new tires.

Courteous service from checkin, shuttle to and from work, to picking up car. Although I had some sticker shock, the lady was very good at explaining my costs.

The sales person, Logan was knowledgable and did what was necessary to ensure our experience was a great one. Management was great to work with as well. Great experience and customer service.

I was keep in the loop, I would like to see some seats outside for those how like the outdoors. Also everyone was likeable, including the gentleman outside moving the cars.

I am new to the area. own a very old Ford crown vic 1989 almost 190,000 miles..car is my baby. .. went in with a problem of stalling out when stopped. they didn't charge me a thing to fix the linkage. terrific people. Ok, the wait may be a little long 2 hours... but they are super and efficient. It was well worth the wait for my Betsy. Cant believe they fixed a problem I had for such a long time that other service dealers couldn't fix, in NJ!!. If you got a FORD either old or new....go here!!!!!!!
