Buick encore routine service

All 5 star Alex. Was the man who met me at my car and did the sign in info. Came back to me half time. And at end time check out was great. He walked me to my car He was very professional. Friendly .. welcoming too

Communication was absolutely terrible.

Communication was absolutely terrible. Set up appointment times and the vehicle was not even looked at until we called many times. We were promised phone call and we had to wind up calling the dealership.
