Great dealership my salesperson Alan was the best. Bought a GMC Yukon my SUV great vehicle comfortable ride. The only thing that can more helpful is more tutorials on all the new equipment and electronics. Some of us are no6as savvy as others with electronics.

Very nice and clean. Nice waiting area with plenty of room. Staff was super friendly also. Dropped car off super quickly. Had to wait to get vehicle back for a bit but not a big deal.

Jorge was great. Service was great. Setting up the appointment was PAINFUL! I couldn’t set up an appointment online, The chat services were useless, and I ended up having to call. Which was fine but I told them that I needed my 15,000 mile maintenance and they told me on the phone all that was was an oil change and tire rotation but when I got there it was also an alignment and some other things which meant instead of being in an out in an hour or so I was at the dealership for over three hours! Had I known up front I would’ve been better prepared and probably have picked a different date. It’s not clear to me why Jim Ellis didn’t know what my car needed for a 15,000 mile check up.

We greatly appreciate your feedback and will be using it to better our processes moving forward. Typically what would be recommended at 15,000 miles is only an oil change and tire rotation. Occasionally there may be filters or balancing/aligning due based on a driver's specific driving habits. We do appreciate your business and hope to be able to serve you again in the future!

The used car sales department is what you would expect of any used car department. Isaac and the sales manager made a statement saying they would be increasing the price of the vehicle I planned to purchase the next day if I didn’t buy. Financing is wonderful. They keep you informed and are honest. The used vehicle I purchased was clean and presented well. Overall I can’t complain.
