Great Service
I really like going to Jim Ellis because of how nicely I am treated. They are always helpful and try to keep you updated on the progress. Sometimes it takes a little too much time for just an oil change. I also had my cabin filter changed and thought so it might have been replacing it that took so much time. If I have a negative it would be I thought they charged way to much for replacing the cabin filter.

True Customer Service
I made an appt for a Friday morning. On the Tuesday night before, we received a call of a death in the family. Having to fly out on Thursday, I call on Wednesday morning and asked to reschedule the appt for that day. They found an opening and put me in at 1:00. After taking my dogs to the vet to be boarded, I was literally running 30 min late! I called and they were able to accommodate my time issues and pushes the appt back 30 minutes. After dropping the vehicle off, I had to leave and go to the bank and go home to pack. What did Jim Ellis do? They called me a Lyft driver and ran my errands and took me home so I could pack. I can’t thank them enough! I’m now in Illinois with family, celebrating the life our dear family member. Thank you, Leo! You worked well for me and my family!!

This is my second auto purchase with Jim Ellis. The first was for a new car from Jim Ellis Chevrolet in 2011. This purchase was for a used vehicle at Jim Ellis Mall of GA. I was pleased with the purchase experience in 2011 and even more pleased with this purchase experience. As an automotive consultant, I have known Fred Lovette for 15 years and called him because of his proven reputation. He’s an outstanding sales person and made this purchase very straightforward, fair, and easy. Mike Austin was excellent in a supporting role, and exhibits the same high standards. Pricing was very competitive. Their were no surprises and the time from test drive to delivery was very minimal.

Good service and kindness approach.
Sales representative was nice and with the right attitude to work the right deal. I went to check a Chevy Volt. I would appreciate a better knowledge from the salesman about some questions related to the vehicle. I did not have a deep training in all the features the vehicle has and how to take the most from a plug in hybrid. Finance was faster than expected and surprisingly well explained, not pushy and willing to find the best upgrades for the our needs and the actual vehicle we were purchasing.
