I had the pleasure of working with Jon RaLis - a top Chicago body shop had repaired my car (Audi Q5) and left swirl marks throughout the body (Black Paint). I wanted this repaired but did not with to take it back to the body shop. Jon indicated that this would not be a problem and coordinated with the in-house team. Jon was enthusiastic throughout, inspired confidence, and reported back in advance of my pick-up that his team had succeeded and that he was personally pleased with the results. Top rate professional.
