Great Service

Have been going to Field’s since I bought my 2012 Chrysler 200 back in October of 2011. Always great service. Stephen helped me this time and he was wonderful. Courteous Professional and Helpful. Wish they would make a Chrysler like the 200 again

Excellent service

Came in with an electronics issue. Needed the car ASAP. Did not have an appointment. Mike took the car right in. Promised to address it later in the day and have it ready by tomorrow. Stood exactly by his words and fixed the problem to the fullest. I was very satisfied and happy. Would definitely come back!

Don't waste your time

I spent a lot of time checking out a $54,000 van and test driving it. When it came down to purchasing the van, they would NOT negotiate. They wanted sticker price and wouldn't come down at all. So beware before you waste your time here. Their goal is to get top dollar and screw the customer. Needless to say, we walked out. There are better dealerships that care about their customers, and want repeat customers in the future. Pass this dealership up, not worth your time.

Mad, Sorry you were not happy with the experience. With the chip shortage Hybrid vehicles are very rare. Some dealers are allowing a bid process over MSRP as the real estate market. We do not do that. We also do not have any hidden fees. We do not add for destination or high profit packages as some dealers. We do offer alternatives to save money. Scammers and fraudulent dealership and service

Scammers and fraudulent dealership. I would not recommend buying a car here or using their service center. Scammers and fraudulent dealership. I have had the worst experience in the past few months with the service department. I had brought in my jeep in December with engine light on and the service advisor Sean proceeded to tell me that the fix was to replace all spark plugs and remove after market catch can and that it would fix the problem. Then I get a call back after agreeing to pay for that since the warranty wouldn't cover it saying that I also needed a O2 Sensor replaced and once again I agreed to have it done. Sean assured me this would fix the problem so I was happy with that even though it was going to cost me $1300 and the jeep is a 2018 JLU with 39,000 miles which it shouldn't need any of them replaced but I was like I need it fixed so I bit the bullet. Now I pick it up and everything seems fine and I was happy. But 250 miles later the same check engine light was on and now the jeep barely stays running. I had to have it towed in to service once again. This time I get a call from Sean saying I need to call my insurance company and say I drove through deep water (mind you I live in chicago its February and everything is snow covered and iced). So I ask him why would I call the insurance company to file a false claim when I haven't been anywhere nor has there been any deep water since everything is frozen. He proceeded to tell me well I don't know where you have been (250miles really). I asked to then speak to someone higher up. So he connected me with Colleen. She still proceeded to tell me to file a insurance claim and they could then take care of it. I proceed to tell her I dont want to file a false claim when I didn't drive through water. I then had to contact FCA corporate to get a case started and now the jeeps been in the service center for 2 weeks at this time. FCA then proceeded to tell them to tare apart some of the engine and see if water was the cause so the dealer called me telling me that there would be charge for diagnosing the jeep if they found water so I agreed to pay if they found the cause. Well colleen called me back and said they were going to replace under powertrain warranty since there was no evidence of water in the engine. Then proceeds to tell me there's going to be a charge for $660 because my jeep is lifted 2.5in and I was like why. She said thats what we charge when its more complicated to fix something because of a lift. I wasn't very happy with that charge since most jeep wranglers are lifted sometimes from the factory and I didn't have anything over the jeep factory lift of 2.5 so why would I have to pay extra for something that doesn't make the engine harder to replace. I then had to agree to the charge because they wouldn't start the work with out me doing so. I have now submitted all my receipts to FCA Corp. and am seeking reimbursement and the dealer is telling FCA the reason for the charge of $660 was because of a oil catch can that I had added aftermarket was in the way. The catch can was removed by the dealer on the first visit because they claimed it was the cause of the spark plug failure and O2 sensor. I'm not sure how many others have had issues with Fields Jeep but I can definitely tell you the must scam so many others without them even thinking twice because most people dont know what to do when in the dealers hands. I will never buy another vehicle from Fields Jeep nor will I use them for service. FCA needs to investigate this place for fraud and scams.

Anthony, Thanks for the review. I have researched your issue. Most of this was handled with your spouse since she is the owner of the vehicle. We were only informing her of the possible outcomes from the repair. We did not know what we would find until the engine was taken apart. Sorry if there was any confusion. The only charges she had was for the modified aftermarket components to be removed and reinstalled. When your spouse left, she was happy with our service. Trying to get my titel for 18 months

I find Fields Chrysler to be a sham I paid off my vehicle in August of 2019 and have been trying to obtain my title. i get the run around i get lied to i get hung up on xxx? I will be contacting an attorney to file a lawsuit for fraud for deception for theft I will NEVER by another vehicle from Fields of chysler dodge ram I will relay by distaste to everyone I know. The place should be shut down and put out of business

Anything but easy...

Looking to get a new Jeep Grand Cherokee. I was preapproved through Chrysler Capital. It matches you up with a dealer so I chose Fields as I was very interested in one of there trucks and I like how well reviewed they are. My experience has been anything but great. Getting any kind of consistent communication out of the dealership has been non existent. After a few days in limbo, the sales manager reaches out, great a manager, and I immediately respond. Never heard back. Yesterday I get a random email from someone who I never spoke to letting me know the car was no longer available. I immediately respond asking, had it been sold? Of course, just like everyone else there that I've been in contact with...NO RESPONSE. This is beyond frustrating. So in 5 days, 3 different set of eyes blew me off. Buying a vehicle should not be this painful. The search continues, just not here.
