Great dealer and service experience
Charles is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable dealing with your car service. I had to switch dealers as I was very unhappy with them and I’m very pleased with Fields CDJR they are very professional and would highly recommend them and working with Charles for service.needs.

Amazing staff
Had a bad cam follower that was diagnosed and fixed the same day, I was provided a ride to work and was picked up right when they said they would be there. terrific customer service

Excellent experience! Booking the appointment was easy and convenient to do on my own time via the website. My appointment was confirmed and Colleen event sent a reminder. Once at the dealer, our visit was thorough and we were in an out in no time. All work and pricing was explained with us and exceeded our expectations. Best auto dealership!!
Fields does an incredible job with both the auto purchase process and service. I recently brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee, which I had purchased at Fields, in for service. Everyone was friendly, professional, and efficient, including the service rep with whom I made the appointment on the phone, my service liaison, the loaner car coordinator, cashier, and person who brought my freshly washed car back to me. Fields clearly trains and pays its personnel well, and they in turn provide an extraordinary customer experience.

Fields Jeep
I highly recommend fields dealerships. They are honest with fair pricing. They sort of have to be considering they serve the NorthShore. I recently purchased a car from Fields Jeep. The sales consultant (Rene) was very professional and helpful. The finance department explained the numbers thoroughly and recommended I buy GAP and extended bumper to bumper warranty. I felt very comfortable walking out with a new car.
