I had a great experience when I went to purchase a used car from them. Everyone was so helpful, especially Jared. I'm so glad I was able to purchase a car from them. The information that I received over the phone was the same when I walked on lot.

I went in expecting to purchase a used vehicle. I didn't even want to consider a new vehicle thinking it was out of my price range. They took the time to give me all of my options and was never pushy. I ended up getting a brand new car that I LOVE and can afford. They even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and was set up properly as far as connecting the blue tooth with my phone, etc. I highly recommend Auto Connection. It was worth the drive to get there.

Was not to sure if I was going to get a car. I’m situation is rough and have been to several other dealers. I Aniston gave up but Auto Connection came through for me! Go see Elise, she was the best sales person. She treated me wounderfull was upfront and honest and really cared about me getting into a car I loved.

Waste of time! They have you come from far away and give you the xxxxxxxx approval status then when you get here its a wrench thrown in the plan. I ubered all the way there from Vienna to get turned around in the rain. RUN FROM THIS PLACE!

They called me while I was at work today, asked me a few simple questions about my income, and told me I was approved for a loan for $22,000. Asked that I come in today because they had a deal on MLK day for 100% financing, so I managed to get off work early and had someone drive me an hour out there just to be told I wasn't actually approved because I had a loan and cosigned on my husband's loan as well. The only way they could approve me is if I gave them $1000. When I spoke with the representative who called me all she could say was "sorry" because they forgot to ask me if I had any other loans in my name. A HUGE waste of my time, I'm just completely disappointed and infuriated. I didn't call them, they called me just to send me on a wild goose chase. If they call you, don't let them waste your time too. Utterly ridiculous.
