Great Customer Service
My experience at Headquarter Nissan was great. I spent a couple of months talking back and forth with my sales rep Doug Montgomery. I finally made my purchase of a Nissan Frontier for my daughter. He and his manage let us borrow a bow to surprise her at her birthday party. It was one of the best buying experience I have ever had.

Doug Montgomery was very helpful and went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. I recommend everyone to go to him for excellent customer service. He took me to the DMV and my house to make sure I got the proper documents.

Excellent Customer Service
I visited several car dealerships in Columbus, GA., looking for a car my 16 year old daughter. I went to Headquarter Nissan and spoke to Sales Consultant Devon Henry, about buying a car for my daughter. Devon took the time to show me several cars that would suite a 16 old and all the safety features of each car. Devon did not pressure me into buying a car his main concern was that I was happy with my purchase. Devon thank you so much for your helpful insight! You made all my worries go away!!

Nicki Nissan Sport+Luxary
I purchased a 2015 Nissan Altima from Headquarters Nissan in Columbus Ga. A salesman whose name was Marlon Colquitt sold it to me. I call her Nicki Nissan. The best car I ever had. So sporty but with the comfort of a luxury car. Everyone at the dealership were so nice and helpful. They make you feel like you are family. Marlon Colquitt, the salesman made sure that I got the best deal and exactly what I wanted, not what they felt like I should have. Perfect from the color down to the wheels. I will buy Nissans forever from Headquarters Nissan as long as the service continues to be this way. Hats off to HQ Nissan and Marlon Colquitt!
