    TJ Shaw was an AWESOME rep. for Headquarter Nissan. Very knowledgeable about the performance of cars. He also gave information that they had military... representatives for Fr. Benning soldiers as well as veterans. And offered MILITARY DISCOUNTS. THANK YOU "T. J SHAW" FOR THE 5 STAR SERVICE, THAT HEADQUARTERS NISSAN GAVE!!!!!

    I would like to thank "Melvin" at the Columbus, GA. dealership for taking time to look at my Rouge's "hand free" telephone feature. I was unable to use... the hands free call feature and when I pulled into the parking lot and went into the building - there he was, smiling and willing and able to take a look at the problem. He had me fixed and ready to go in less than 10 minutes. With "good" customer service people in short supply, Headquarter Nissan can rest assured they picked a "good" one with Melvin. Thank you Melvin!

    I bought my new Altima from Headquarter Nissan. I had a wonderful buying experience from Shawn. He was kind, courteous, patient and found the vehicle I... wanted. He did not pressure me at all. It was just a wonderful experience. I will recommend all my friends and family to that dealership.

    Went to look at some pre-owned cars. Called about a specific one and was ready to make an offer only to be told it had been sold 3 days prior. Staff was... friendly but that situation shows some disorganization.

    Very poor service. Service: oil change. I asked for the synthetic engine oil. Service used the conventional engine oil 5W30 Chevron. The advisor stated... that the fresh oil is synthetic one. The dealer invoice says: conventional oil. Waiting time for the engine oil change: 2 hrs 23 minutes. I setup the appointment online days before actual appointment. The advisor for no reason displayed visible anger and spoke using raised voice.

    Called to set up an appointment for a simple oil change and the CSR told me the first available appointment was in TWO weeks!! Am I missing something,... is there an oil shortage in Columbus or do they not have any techs working there??? LOL.

    So far I have bought 2 cars from them a 2016 Nissan pathfinder and a 2016 Nissan titan XD diesel . Their is no better dealership in this area the people... are great. They listen to what you want NOT what they want if you go t heir and I promise you won't be disappointed talk to Connie Hosler or Alisha Wright they are the best sales people their. And as for the Nissan brand they have the BEST SERVICE dept in the country talk to Carson he will do everything he can to make it right the first time thanks for a great buying experience Mark Cleveland
