Went to look at some pre-owned cars. Called about a specific one and was ready to make an offer only to be told it had been sold 3 days prior. Staff was... friendly but that situation shows some disorganization.

Very poor service. Service: oil change. I asked for the synthetic engine oil. Service used the conventional engine oil 5W30 Chevron. The advisor stated... that the fresh oil is synthetic one. The dealer invoice says: conventional oil. Waiting time for the engine oil change: 2 hrs 23 minutes. I setup the appointment online days before actual appointment. The advisor for no reason displayed visible anger and spoke using raised voice.

I bought my new Altima from Headquarter Nissan. I had a wonderful buying experience from Shawn. He was kind, courteous, patient and found the vehicle I... wanted. He did not pressure me at all. It was just a wonderful experience. I will recommend all my friends and family to that dealership.

Called to set up an appointment for a simple oil change and the CSR told me the first available appointment was in TWO weeks!! Am I missing something,... is there an oil shortage in Columbus or do they not have any techs working there??? LOL.

So far I have bought 2 cars from them a 2016 Nissan pathfinder and a 2016 Nissan titan XD diesel . Their is no better dealership in this area the people... are great. They listen to what you want NOT what they want if you go t heir and I promise you won't be disappointed talk to Connie Hosler or Alisha Wright they are the best sales people their. And as for the Nissan brand they have the BEST SERVICE dept in the country talk to Carson he will do everything he can to make it right the first time thanks for a great buying experience Mark Cleveland

Foul language in front of children I over heard one of the employee a go on and on about her service managers Ander issues I would never conduct business... the way they do it's just unacceptable

If I could rate this place more than a hundred times I would. I have purchased three vehicles from Rebecca, and she literally is the greatest! Anyone and... everyone who reads this- I highly recommend you seeing her. You will not meet anyone who is like her- AMAZING energy, someone who listens to to everything you want and doesn't stop trying until she gets you there! Not only is she an awesome person to be around she genuinely cares about her customers and you can see it. I have been shopping for a car within our price range for weeks and I cannot begin to say how much I was lied to and how unprofessional some of these dealerships are around here. Headquarter Nissan has always had their professionalism and they honestly care about their customers. The atmosphere isn't like a typical dealership. You feel like everyone is helping to meet YOUR needs and wants by working with you- not against you. I am very pleased with going there and seeing Rebecca! Like I said, anyone who is getting a NEW or USED car should definitely check them out! They offer SOOO much than anywhere around and they are upfront. No hidden nothing- just hard work!
