Worth the wait!Easy transaction!
Great personal service! I?m still waiting for some window tint work that will have to wait for the tint specialist to get back from vacation. Interior detailing didn?t seem complete, but I didn?t mind doing it myself! Otherwise, so far, so good.

I just wanted to put this up since I can’t respond on my previous review the dealer responded and said we want to make it right call and speak to our general manager Harry Scott. Well I did that before I made the review and he was not willing to help out all so they really don’t strive to make anyone happy except themselfs they act like a $500 dollar repair is gonna bankrupt them. Just wanted to let everyone else know how they really treat customers

the customer purchased a Chevrolet truck that was outside of the manufacturer warranty. Richard Cunningham myself the sales manager told customer to take the vehicle to get diagnosed to see what the problem was and I would pay for diagnostic. The issue is the defroster light does not light up but the defroster works. I told customer that we would not pay for something that was functional as it was not covered under warranty. Had him call General Motors as well that told him it was outside of warranty. Talked to customer again and explained that the truck is operational and functional just as he was explained with no promise at all to fix anything. His statements are untrue. We would not have seen the light in our inspection process because it was done during the day and the defroster is functional. The customer was reimbursed for the diagnostic time to tell him the light did not function but the defroster itself was functional. We do care that is why he was reimbursed for the diagnostic time.

I purchased a 2011 Ford Ranger from Lee at Harrisonburg Ford. I drove down from Pennsylvania because they were the only dealership I could find with fair prices and had what I needed. I was treated fairly and kindly. Highly recommend.
