Great Service!

Love the professionalism and quality of service that we get at Billion Hyundai Service with Bill Scharf and Zach Cazabon. These guys are so tremendous--the best car service I've ever had, and I've lived in SIX different states, and dealt with scores of mechanics and car service companies. The BEST anywhere!!

great oil change

Went in for an oil change, scheduled at last minute, they were able to accommodate, took care of warranty during oil change, also gave a comp car wash— very nice of them!

Dirty car and no fuel

The vehicle i purchased was reasonably priced but had to fight them to come up to blue book value on my trade in. When i turned the vehicle on to leave, the fuel tank was nearly empty and i had to go in to request a full tank of fuel in the vehicle i had just purchased. I cleaned out tge vehicle when i returned home and found much garbage behind the back seat that i found when my vaccume cleaner got clocked with wrappers, legos, pet food and more. So you may get a respectable price bit don't expect them to clean it or deal with you on price.

Bought two vehicles in 48 hours

We were treated well and fairly. Never felt pressured during the experience. Our sales person, Dawson, did a great job of providing us with information, and he was supportive of our wishes. He listened, and helped us find what we were looking for.

Fantastic service

Hyundai in Iowa City goes to great lengths to provide fatastic service. Email reminders, free donuts and coffe, ride if you need it and car wash. I love the free car wash. Best of all the actual car work gets done. Bill the service guy is a joy to work with. He is simply good with people, which adds to the overall experience. I have never owned a Hyundai before, but I have loved my car and the guys that service it. I feel blessed.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. A big downfall is not having a remote start on the key on a 2018. I would think that at least one of the sets of keys would have one dut to the fact that not everyone has a smart phone.

Great experience

Great buying experience. I was in and out of the dealership within 2 hours. Unlike other dealerships I did waste a whole Saturday doing the stupid back and forth crap the everyone hates. I went there to find a brand new cheap work car Kevin made it happen. Nice job Kevin Starks will return on the next purchase.
