Outstanding service!

Sales and service at this dealership have been outstanding! I have referred several of my friends to them and they have also been impressed with the professionalism displayed, I purchased this last vehicle from them for that very reason.

A few bumps in the road but ended up OK

I had a few issues. I wrote to the GM but he never responded. I then got a hold of the Sales Manager and he took care of everything. It took some leg work but in the end, I am satisfied.

leasing transaction

Great Customer Service

The sales person (Clinton Church) was new but very competent. I also spoke with Ricky Crawford also with the sales department they were both exceptional and very helpful.

Loving my Sonata!

We had an excellent experience purchasing our new Sonata. The environment was welcoming and comfortable. Our dealer took plenty of time to listen and understand our needs in a new car. We would like to say that we are very pleased with our purchase experience at Billion Hyundai. Ray knows his vehicles inside and out and that knowledge helped us make our final decision. The entire staff there treated us with the utmost respect. Everyone was very professional and courteous and personable. And seemed eager to work with us. We had such a positive experience there we are telling others.And we appreciate that Ray follows up with calls to ask if there are any questions or concerns. It is the first time in years of car purchases that it feels a dealership cares after the purchase.
