I dropped off my car for a checkup on March 7th, 2024, at

I dropped off my car for a checkup on March 7th, 2024, at 10 am. However, I didn't receive any updates regarding the status of my car. When I called at around 4:30 pm, I was told to ride with a technician the next day to explain the sound the car was making. The next day, I waited for an hour in the lobby only to find that someone had been looking for me. Unfortunately, my car still sounds like there is something wrong with the motor.

Great Service

I received great service every time I visited Bob Moore Nissan. I couldn't find anyone who would help me repair my tire until I went to Bob Moore Nissan, and they repaired it for me the same day! Jason is awesome and super helpful!

Salesman hits the mark!

Brian Clagg and Manager Kenneth McDonald went above and beyond for my daughters new Nissan Kick. Beat three other dealerships by a mile and got us on the road with no hassles. We will be back!!

I’ve been in US for a bit over 16 years now, and was never expecting to get a service near close to the horrible experience this people provided. I was kicked around and passed like a ball for a month. Every time I went there the service manager was either at lunch or on vacation. They sold me a warranty, and when car needed the repair they canceled. Those people are nothing but crooks. There is no honor in the way they do business. I felt racially profiled at all the time. I just want to tell all of em that when someone speak with accent does not make him mentally challenged, it makes him a foreigner. Foreigner is a person who comes from another country, and if you guys are not comfortable serving foreigners just post so on your doors and save humiliation to people. Absolutely horrible experience. Car was with them for a month!!!!!! Also on one of the phone calls I asked to be connected to manager and they refused!!!! Straight up ridiculous!!! Worst experience ever.

Best in Class Service

I big thank you to Robert, David and Blane for providing best in class service. Love my 2021 Maxima! Bob Moore Nissan has the best Team, everyone one was supper professional and bought my car in less than 24 hours, unbelievable. I will definitely recommend Bob Moore Nissan to my Friends and Families! Thank you so much!
