Took my Infiniti to have some work done on it. It was a pleasant experience. The service department took care of all of my repairs. Aaron Wall was especially nice to work with. I will definetly use them again.

Dealership went beyond the normal selling and buying of a new Nissan. They delivered a considerable more amount of personal service by getting my car to Colorado for delivery.

My daughter is a student at OU and I was having to deal with Aaron in service long distance since my daughter has no experience in dealing with mechanical issues with her car. Aaron kept me updated by phone and text, as I live over 100 miles away in Tulsa. We initially thought we might be dealing with a worst case scenario of having to replace the transmission, but with no error codes showing up, he was convinced it had to be something simpler. Ultimately the tech found a tear in an air intake that he believes was creating our issue, which only occurred at highway speeds after driving for a while. The vehicle was ready on time, at the price quoted. Great job!

Came in to get oil change and the service Dept got me in and out in a reasonable amount of time and I also had an issue with a running board on my truck and Aaron was able to get the part on order and it’s covered under the warranty... Winning!!!!
