Treated very well!!

I was treated so well that I already know where we are buying our next car. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I had gone to a few other dealerships and no one even offered half of the good service that I received here. :)

Happy Customers.

David Simon was easy to work with: not pushy and was very knowledgeable. The rest of the staff we dealt with was friendly and helpful.

Won Over!

My husband and I decided to upgrade his truck. We live in Emporia, but searched online to find the vehicle that we wanted. We found a 2005 Dodge Dakota with low mileage on AutoTrader.com. We contacted Clint Bowyer Autoplex through AutoTrader on a Sunday and heard back from Steve first thing Monday morning. The truck wasn't even on the lot yet, but they let us see it anyway. Steve handed us over to the very capable and friendly, David "Simple" Simon. David went out of his way to help us negotiate a great deal. He rushed a cleaning job on the truck for us so that we could drive it home on Tuesday. The truck is squeaky clean and looks fantastic! Way to go Service Department! We completed our paperwork with Jason. He was efficient and easy to work with. He explained all the paperwork thoroughly and concisely. After all the formalities were out of the way, David took our picture with our new vehicle on the Red Carpet! He also left all sorts of goodies hidden for us in our truck. Overall, this was an excellent experience and we look forward to working with David, Steve, and Jason again!

Jenny Wagers

Jenny did a great job of keeping us informed of vehicles that were interesting to us. She wasn't pushy, just a good communicator. We greatly appreciated her watching the lot and letting us know when new vehicles were there.

Good experience

We took our time in making this purchase decision. David was very patient and kept us informed if a unit came in He thought we would be interested in. We chose this Dealer for several reasons. Close to home. David worked and found the van we bought. Dealer is close to shopping when we have to come in for service David was very nice and professional to deal with. He really took the time to show us all the "creature features" of our new van. Thank you David.

Great hometown experience

All of the staff were great to work with and made our car-buying experience well worth shopping locally. Dave and all the others were very accommodating to our family's special needs and concerns. Our family continues to be "forever fans" of both Clint and his dealership and staff!

I have always hated the whole "car buying...

I have always hated the whole "car buying experience". Clint Bowyer Autoplex made the process so absolutely seamless I was beyond impressed. We were not necessarily in the market for a newer vehicle but they went above and beyond to find us exactly the truck we wanted. It was so simple and affordable to work with them I would reccommend it to anyone! Thanks Steve and Dave we appreciate your hard work making this right for us! Shawn and Sherry Willard

We just went looking

WE had looked online at different vehicles and my husband suggested we drive to Emporia and take a look at what they had, just to get an idea of what this certain vehicle looked like. I was simply amazed that we were able to get a look before we were approached by Dave, he introduced himself and listened to what we said,he put us to ease, he was very knowledgeable as to the vehicles functions and was able to answer all of our questions,Next thing i realized we were purchasing our first ever Toyota pickup. Dave introduced us to Steve the General manager who oncce again put us at ease right away offering us his services and to Jason Ralston whom did all the finance papers {once again} answered our questions went over all the options. I was simply amazed that they treated us so much better then previous experiences. Before we drove off Dave went through all the interior options once again setting our minds at ease I want to Thank the detailers whom did a fantastic job cleaning inside and outside the vehicle~to the service gentlemen whom we were introduced to {so when we come in we would know were to go for service} To Jason,Steve,and DAVE we can't Thank you enough~you went ABOVE and BEYOND the call for us Thank you all so very much.

Customer service

We purchased a used car from Dan at Clint Bowyer Autoplex. Dan was very kind and professional during the sale. After the sale Dan wanted to make sure we were pleased with the car. It's great to have personal service.
