I have never been so completely satisfied when buying a new car! I am convinced that I have ‘bought’ a car that I want and not simply been ‘sold’ a car. I was introduced to Clint Bowyer Autoplex by Bill White in the Service Department. He has done an outstanding job taking care of our Toyotas for 7 years now. I have driven my 2007 Corolla 244,000 miles with absolutely no mechanical problems. I am convinced it is because of the conscientious regular maintenance provided by Bill. When he moved to Clint Bowyer in Emporia from Wichita we took our cars there too. Everyone is so friendly. Steve Vaughn and Shannon Price were patient and went above and beyond to get me exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted. This has been the most comfortable experience I have had in buying a new car. . Shannon kept me updated with the progress on her end by email, text, and by phone. She took the time answering all my questions, demonstrating how the car operates, putting me at ease at using the many options available on my new car and has offered her help to assist with my questions in the future. She is nice, not pushy, but patient and reassuring. Jason Ralston was great; fast and proficient at finalizing the paperwork and reassuring to us, the customer. Jason showed me all the options and explained them clearly to me. It was easy to make the decision that best fit my needs. Thank you Shannon, Steve, Jason and Bill. Looking forward to continuing to do business with this dealership. I would also like to thank Justin Arb who took time one afternoon to show me many different models of Toyotas so I could make a choice that I am convinced is the best. I have a beautiful new car. The color is unique and beautiful and the multicolor gray leather is a real complement to the cosmic gray exterior.

I have never been so completely satisfied when buying a new car! Everyone is so friendly and great to work with. Jenny and the sales team went above and beyond to get me exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted! They took my car out of town to get me the best deal on a towing package, they shuttled me around, and they filled it with gas before they brought it back! Along with this, minor flaws I found after driving it for a few days were fixed immediately! Big dealerships usually don't do that! From beginning to end, CBA is the best!!!!

Great service
I really appreciate the service I received from Bill when my car wouldn't start. He was easy to talk to, courteous, and knowledgeable about my hybrid and what needed to be repaired. Service was fast and efficient and my car was repaired on the same day. Bill went the second mile to help, and even took ice off my windshield so I could use the wipers. I highly recommend him and Clint Bowyer Autoplex.

New car buyer: 2012 Camery Dan and his co-workers were allways quick and provided what I needed. Dan was very attentive to my concerns. Dan also continues to do great follow up sales, introducing me to additional vehicles he knows I would be interested in.

I had gone to the mail when you were having your mall sale I spoke to Justin Arb about a Jeep you had at the mail but I had changed my mind, I was just going to get new seats in my Truck. Came back in when you moved back to the dealer ship and had Justin show me some of the Trucks you had on the lot. After seeing the different features Justin showed me on the Truck I decided to Buy a new Truck. Justin and the rest of the crew at Clint Bowyer Auto Plex were so helpful in my choice. Out of all the dealerships we have been to, Clint Bowyer has been one of the best ones. They have awesome customer service and always answer any questions you may have. While going through Clint Bowyer, we got blessed with Jenny Wagner for our employee to help us. She never once pushed us into buying a vehicle of any kind or push us through the process of finding a vehicle. She let us take our time and find that right vehicle. We also got the pleasure to work with Jeremy Haney, and he also helped us the best he could. Never once pushed us into anything! Jenny and Jeremy are the best employees we could have worked with and we appriciate everything they did for us! We love our new vehicle! Thank You!!!

My wife and I are very slow and careful shoppers, in no hurry, and we came across a used model of a vehicle we were interested in that they had. We don't live in Emporia though; so we stopped in multiple times, unannounced, and they jumped right to taking care of us. Jenny and Jeremy both answered tons of questions, let us drive the vehicle multiple times, and even had good coffee on hand! We told them upfront that we were slow shoppers and they gave us time and answers as we considered all of our options. They were understanding and willing to work with us on a price we could afford in our budget and we felt comfortable with. Here's the thing, we didn't even end up buying a vehicle from them and we're going with something else, but I'll still recommend them because overall we were quite pleased with the experience!
