Good experience

We took our time in making this purchase decision. David was very patient and kept us informed if a unit came in He thought we would be interested in. We chose this Dealer for several reasons. Close to home. David worked and found the van we bought. Dealer is close to shopping when we have to come in for service David was very nice and professional to deal with. He really took the time to show us all the "creature features" of our new van. Thank you David.

Great hometown experience

All of the staff were great to work with and made our car-buying experience well worth shopping locally. Dave and all the others were very accommodating to our family's special needs and concerns. Our family continues to be "forever fans" of both Clint and his dealership and staff!

I have always hated the whole "car buying...

I have always hated the whole "car buying experience". Clint Bowyer Autoplex made the process so absolutely seamless I was beyond impressed. We were not necessarily in the market for a newer vehicle but they went above and beyond to find us exactly the truck we wanted. It was so simple and affordable to work with them I would reccommend it to anyone! Thanks Steve and Dave we appreciate your hard work making this right for us! Shawn and Sherry Willard

We just went looking

WE had looked online at different vehicles and my husband suggested we drive to Emporia and take a look at what they had, just to get an idea of what this certain vehicle looked like. I was simply amazed that we were able to get a look before we were approached by Dave, he introduced himself and listened to what we said,he put us to ease, he was very knowledgeable as to the vehicles functions and was able to answer all of our questions,Next thing i realized we were purchasing our first ever Toyota pickup. Dave introduced us to Steve the General manager who oncce again put us at ease right away offering us his services and to Jason Ralston whom did all the finance papers {once again} answered our questions went over all the options. I was simply amazed that they treated us so much better then previous experiences. Before we drove off Dave went through all the interior options once again setting our minds at ease I want to Thank the detailers whom did a fantastic job cleaning inside and outside the vehicle~to the service gentlemen whom we were introduced to {so when we come in we would know were to go for service} To Jason,Steve,and DAVE we can't Thank you enough~you went ABOVE and BEYOND the call for us Thank you all so very much.

Customer service

We purchased a used car from Dan at Clint Bowyer Autoplex. Dan was very kind and professional during the sale. After the sale Dan wanted to make sure we were pleased with the car. It's great to have personal service.

I have never been so completely satisfied when buying a...

I have never been so completely satisfied when buying a new car! I am convinced that I have ‘bought’ a car that I want and not simply been ‘sold’ a car. I was introduced to Clint Bowyer Autoplex by Bill White in the Service Department. He has done an outstanding job taking care of our Toyotas for 7 years now. I have driven my 2007 Corolla 244,000 miles with absolutely no mechanical problems. I am convinced it is because of the conscientious regular maintenance provided by Bill. When he moved to Clint Bowyer in Emporia from Wichita we took our cars there too. Everyone is so friendly. Steve Vaughn and Shannon Price were patient and went above and beyond to get me exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted. This has been the most comfortable experience I have had in buying a new car. . Shannon kept me updated with the progress on her end by email, text, and by phone. She took the time answering all my questions, demonstrating how the car operates, putting me at ease at using the many options available on my new car and has offered her help to assist with my questions in the future. She is nice, not pushy, but patient and reassuring. Jason Ralston was great; fast and proficient at finalizing the paperwork and reassuring to us, the customer. Jason showed me all the options and explained them clearly to me. It was easy to make the decision that best fit my needs. Thank you Shannon, Steve, Jason and Bill. Looking forward to continuing to do business with this dealership. I would also like to thank Justin Arb who took time one afternoon to show me many different models of Toyotas so I could make a choice that I am convinced is the best. I have a beautiful new car. The color is unique and beautiful and the multicolor gray leather is a real complement to the cosmic gray exterior.

I have never been so completely satisfied when buying a new car! Everyone is so friendly and great to work with. Jenny and the sales team went above and beyond to get me exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted! They took my car out of town to get me the best deal on a towing package, they shuttled me around, and they filled it with gas before they brought it back! Along with this, minor flaws I found after driving it for a few days were fixed immediately! Big dealerships usually don't do that! From beginning to end, CBA is the best!!!!

Great service

I really appreciate the service I received from Bill when my car wouldn't start. He was easy to talk to, courteous, and knowledgeable about my hybrid and what needed to be repaired. Service was fast and efficient and my car was repaired on the same day. Bill went the second mile to help, and even took ice off my windshield so I could use the wipers. I highly recommend him and Clint Bowyer Autoplex.
