Clint Bowyer Autoplex

I live in Wichita and have a family member that does business with this dealership in Emporia. So I started working with them on a FJ Cruiser. They made the process very easy and I felt like the stress was gone from the process. When we finished working with Finance and sales, my wife said that was the easiest stress free deal we have ever done. It was well worth the drive to do business with someone who I feel wants to create great customer service and make a very fair deal.

I was traveling through Emporia on the turnpike on Friday afternoon 1-3-14, when my car had a big problem. I did drive the car to your service department and they found the problem but did not have the parts. They ordered the parts and fixed the car on Saturday and I was on by way by 11:00am. I want thank the lady in the Sales department for helping us get to the Super 8 motel. Bill White and Mike Ross in the service department was very helpful explaining the problem and providing the scheduling of fixing the car. Thanks to all who work my car repair in the schedule.

We were interested in the Camry because our son and his wife love theirs. They worked with Dan Hoang and highly recommend that we do the same. He was very knowledgeable about the Camry and was very patient with our questions. We purchased the Camry and he was very helpful with all aspects of the deal. I had some rather unusual issues as far as the timing of the purchase of my truck. Jenny Wagers and the entire team were just fabulous on every level. They accommodated my unique needs, gave me a great price. answered every question and were just a joy to work with. I cannot recommend them highly enough. And…..I love the truck!

This has been the most comfortable experience we have had in buying a new car. The team of David Simon and Jason Ralston was great. David was good at finding the car that met all of our wants and desires, answering all our questions, demonstrating how the car operates, putting us at ease at using the many options available on our new car and has offered his services to answer and/or assist with our questions in the future. He is nice, not pushy, patience and insuring. Jason was fast and proficient at finalizing the paperwork and assuring us, the customer.
