I had some rather unusual issues as far as the timing of the purchase of my truck. Jenny Wagers and the entire team were just fabulous on every level. They accommodated my unique needs, gave me a great price. answered every question and were just a joy to work with. I cannot recommend them highly enough. And…..I love the truck!

This has been the most comfortable experience we have had in buying a new car. The team of David Simon and Jason Ralston was great. David was good at finding the car that met all of our wants and desires, answering all our questions, demonstrating how the car operates, putting us at ease at using the many options available on our new car and has offered his services to answer and/or assist with our questions in the future. He is nice, not pushy, patience and insuring. Jason was fast and proficient at finalizing the paperwork and assuring us, the customer. All employees of Clint Bowyer Auto, that we have met, have been friendly and courteous. Looking forward to continuing to do business the dealership.

I spent several hours at the big Toyota dealership in Wichita -- the results were frustrating at best. Afterward, I spoke with Shannon at Bowyer about a Tacoma that was available and decided to make the 1.5-hour drive to give it a look. Rod and Jeremy were fantastic. This was the fifth dealership my mother and I had been in contact with and they were the only ones that were completely honest, emailed us all the details on the cars that we were interested in and gave us a price before we drove over there. We spent over 20 hours on the phone with other salespeople and dealerships and got the run around from everyone but them. We also wasted a day at another dealership 90 miles away from us that couldn't even provide the correct car that got us down there. Rod Jones and Jeremy Haney had the three cars ready and waiting for me to see and drive and stuck to the price they quoted us. Rod also helped entertain my 4 year old son who can't stop talking about his new friend!! I can't say enough about how wonderful my experience was, I would strongly recommend them to others and already have. I live nearly 2 hours away from there and would go back in a heartbeat, don't waste your time at other dealerships in the state...head straight to Clint Bowyer in Emporia!!

Dealing with Clint Bowyer Autoplex is like a breath of fresh air. There was no pressure and each employee was very helpful. There was time to explore each question we had and the test drive was very helpful. The vehicle was ready for pickup at the scheduled time and the walkthrough of features was clear. Rod Jones, the salesman introduced us to the service personnel and explained the recommended service schedule. When we called two days later requesting an adjustment on one of the features of the pickup he made arrangements for service to do it. Jeremy Haney, Sales Manager, was very helpful in answering several questions we had and helpful in the final negotiations.

I worked with Shannon, John and Steve when I traded vehicles this month. Shannon was very quick to capture my inquiry on the internet, and placed numerous calls to me to determine what I wanted to trade for, and found some candidates. John and Steve and the entire staff we worked with were very accommodating. All of our needs were met in trading vehicles. We were introduced to everyone in the offices and the maintenance shop. Everyone welcomed our business and made us glad we drove 60 miles to trade with them. The paperwork transactions were completed as agreed. The staff continues to call and follow up on anything we might be needing and to check on our satisfaction. We could not have asked for a better sales and support staff.
