Web site was helpful in searching for the vehicle that I wanted to purchase. Response from the web site could use some improvement. In house sales representative David Simon was knowledgeable and very helpful. He made the buying processes easy. I was traveling to Wichita today to look a three pickups and figured while I was on my way through Emporia I might as well check the used pickups at the Clint Bowyer Autoplex. I tried to hide my arrival by parking within the small lot away from the business but David "Simple" Simon spotted me like a hawk. My first thought was "oh no, here we go" however I was pleasantly surprise. I told David what I was looking for in a pickup and he told me of the only one they had which fit my description. I looked the pickup over and we took if for a test drive. David explained some of the features he knew of the pickup and what he knew of the previous owner. He also told me he would pull the VIN check when we returned, which he did. The pickup we drove was priced right based on my past twenty-one days off and on looking at them however it was too "fancy" for my needs. So I shook David's hand, thanked him for his time, and drove to Wichita see the other three which all turned out to be lemons. David was very kind, helpful, and he did not try to push me into a pickup which did not fit my description. This he could have easily done for the sales lot was full of them. Thank you David.

We had traveled 81 miles (Wichita) to have experienced such a ‘Simple’ time at the Autoplex with David ‘Simple’ Simon, Ashley and D’Owen. To test drive and possibly purchase a ‘14 Ford Escape Titanium AWD. Once I had made the executive decision to purchase the SUV David made sure it was smooth sailing from then on as well as fast. Upon leaving I was presented with a lovely assorted chocolate gift from Granada chocolates, by D’Owen. Having a great team and an easy time negotiating the sale, we definitely recommend Clint Bowyer Autoplex in Emporia,Kansas. The drive home to Wichita was a smooth ride and chocolates are scrumptious!
