1/10/14 We had a very positive experience and we got a good deal. They let us take the car to my mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection. Shamrock fixed all of the issues found by my mechanic the next day. We even got a 90 day warranty at no extra charge. I would buy from them again. I will update this review in 90 days if we run into any car issues. 1/14/14 update, My mechanic did a followup inspection today to see if all of the work was done correctly, he found one of the items was not done. Shamrock is now working on fixing the item they over looked from the first inspection report. I will update when I get the car back and re-inspected a 3rd time.

My overall experience was GREAT…. Charlie was extremely knowledgeable and was a great help in assisting me with financing. I cant get over how quick and easy the whole buying process went as I had a lot of anxiety going in to this. I feel so much better now and I love my new Acura MDX. Well not new but a 2010 but it feels new to me..

I just purchased a 2010 BMW 550 from Charlie at Shamrock. I found the car online and called to schedule a time to check it out. I dealt with Charlie who was extremely knowledgeable and had answer for all my questions and concerns. I was pre-approved from my local bank at 5.99% and Charlie talked me into using their financing and the rate was 2.49% so i was thrilled about that. So far so good and I love this car. This is my first big ticket item and the whole deal went very smoothly. It was not fully detailed when I got their howver the owner had take it over the weekend and Charlie assured me when I picked it up it woyuld look like new and it sure did and he even replaced the floor mats for me. Thank you agaon Charlie !!

I was very impressed with the experience I had @ Shamrock Motors.I liked the fact that the prices were clearly marked on the vehicles so that you could shop at your leisure without sales pressure. Charlie made my buying experience a pleasure. He was very professional and gave me a fair trade for my vehicle. The car was clean and ready when promised. My wife and I were going to Shamrock Motors to check out a Toyota Sequoia Platinum mlodel we had spotted online. I had called before heading out to the dealership to ask a few questions & spoke to Ryan, who answered all my questions. Ryan brought us straight to the computer kiosk in the showroom to show us comparable ones being sold as well as the carfax report and their own internal mechanical shop report. He gave us all the details on the truck & then let us take it for a test ride. Throughout our whole interaction, he was very pleasant & ready to accommodate us in every way he could. Total thumbs up. We couldn't be happier with our experience at Shamrock & will tell all our friends to go see Ryan. Thank you again.

During the entire purchasing transaction Charlie Goodhine was professional, engaged and attentive. As a real estate agent I can truly appreciate a sales professional who takes pride in the sale and goes the extra mile. I purchased a 2012 Nissan Altima and Charlie obtained a loan for me with a local bank at a 2.49% interest rate. He handled my insurance as well as registration. I opted for this particular Model at Shamrock over Lia Nissan due to the fact that the price was 1700 less although it was not considered certified it is still under factory warranty until late 2015. I was hoping for a few more dollars on my trade in but how much could I really expect for a 2003 Altima with almost 190,000 miles. Thank you Charlie and dont forget to send me the owners manual when it arrives.

We recently purchased a Chevy Suburban LTZ after finding it on their website. It was super clean inside and out and the price was the lowest I could find without traveling all over the country. I like the no hassle one price no games they advertise. Charlie actually showed me several comparable Burb's within 100 miles, and their price when comparing apples to apples was $2100 better than any where else. Very clean dealership and straight forward which is what I was looking for. Thanks again Charlie!!

Visited Western Mass Cars 95 Laconia Street Springfield, MA to purchase a reliable car for my son to get back and forth to college apparently they are affiliated with Shamrock Motors in East Windsor, Ct i learned later when I needed to go sign paperwork at Shamrock Motors very confusing didn't do business with the owner at western mass cars as he was never available spoke mostly on the phone dealt more with the assistant who frankly was not very helpful he stated "I'm only a retired school custodian" could not answer questions regarding cars but was very friendly. Car didn't pass inspection because of tire that needed to be replaced which they replaced to pass inspection however engine light came on I got it checked and need to replace catalytic converter unfortunately did not complete paperwork needed within the 14 days for the Lemon Aid Law as owner of dealership rudely indicated he was not responsible for this repair as he felt because he replaced the tire he was not responsible for anything else. Very bad experience should've listened to my husband went in blindly thinking I can do it myself needless to say my husband was very upset. I could've taken to small claims but not worth taking time out from work. I figure what goes around comes around. Will definitely not recommend this place to anyone!!!!
