Great service, and very conscious of my time
Kurt was a huge help when I showed up unannounced needing an oil change. He helped make sure I was able to get the vehicle serviced and back on the road within my allotted time frame. Everything went off without a hitch. Thanks to Kurt I was able to take a quick test drive of a new vehicle while waiting for my current Ford truck. The salesman was great as well. Very professional, yet low pressure. Happy to take a quick spin and let me know what new Fords have to offer. When I'm in the market I'll go back to find Ryan.

Incredible Deal
I own a fleet for my business and go through a dealer in Denver regularly. After receiving his bottom line price on a new Explorer I took it to Phil Long Ford of Chapel Hills and they beat that price by thousands of dollars and no gimmicks or games. I will be purchasing my work and personal vehicles from Phil Long from now on.

Great Experience with a Knowledgable Sales Person
My favorite thing about the whole experience was the knowledgable sales person, Zach. It made me so happy, to for once, deal with a salesman who knew more about a car than I did. This usually doesn't happen at dealerships and I visited a few before coming to Phil Long. Additionally, Zach is very responsive to all my inquiries and I appreciate this. I do think that the Phil Long dealership should get more comfortable chairs in their showroom and a better WiFi connection for children who sit around bored while parents are busy doing business.

Refreshing experience
I went into the dealership not planning to purchase a vehicle, but just to test drive. They made me a deal I couldn't refuse and before I knew it, I had a new Fusion Energi. I love the car and look forward to working with the Phil Long team in the future.

Paid service work
Ii needed to replace the front shocks on my 2010 Ford Raptor. I was able to get aftermarket FOX shocks, which the dealership installed for a reasonable price. I was able to speak with the techs working on my truck about any issues found. Work was completed on time when scheduled. Thanks!
