Curtious Salespeople

No waiting for assistance. Heather Reid helped me with looking at several vehicles. She was very pleasant. Unfortantly I have to come back at a later time to be able to purchase a vehicle from Heather. Hats off to Heather.

Great Customer Service

When I went to Hertich i was just looking around. The salesman, Les Tyler, was so genuine and honest. He didn't want to just put me in a car, he wanted to help me find the best car for me. From the moment i walked in, everyone in the dealership was so helpful. It was honestly the easiest car buying experience i have ever had. Great store, great team. Good selection

I was looking for a new explorer and found they had a great selection of used ones! Found more options than I thought I could afford. The whole process was seamless. Thanks to the management staff.

Ford 2013 Ford Escape

We went in to Hertrich Ford to lease a car. We were treated with respect by our salesmam, Josh Focht. We told him what we were looking for and he found the car for us right away. From the time that that we selected the car to leaving with the car took maybe a total of two days. We found the folks who work their very professional and caring. Their was a recall on a part and they gave us a rental and had everything fixed with mo problem.
