Love my new truck

I believe five stars are not enough! The staff was amazing they treated me like I was family. I had many questions and they took their time to answer each and every one of them truly amazing experience!

Please stay away price switch when you go to finance Greedy people Told me one price then changed when I got to finance I have North of 720 credit Do not go to this dealership please

Fast, efficient service

I had researched the car I wanted to buy and knew it was on the lot at Hertrich Kia. Dave Cox took great care of me with no pressure and met all of my requests. I was driving away in my new Kia Niro within 3 hours.

Purchased new car

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership last week . Definitely not the the Hertrich experience I have been accustomed to. The sales person was rude and completely unhelpful and totally clueless. I ended up doing most of the deal with the sales manager that was extremely rigid over price. I could not even get a full concession on a missing Key Fob. Very sad! Not one person went over the the operation of this vehicle. We were left to figure out all the features on our own. And then as a big slap in the face, they allowed us to drive out of the dealership with the tank empty. (Still waiting for that gas.) That very same week I also purchased 2 more vehicles from the other Hertrich dealership in Easton. That experience was stellar and professional all the way around. My sales person was great and i felt he he had my best interest at heart. He certainly went beyond the call of duty. The GSM was very friendly and accommodating. We sat down and made deals for both cars that were fair to both parties. I find it disturbing that these 2 dealerships in the same small town could be such polar opposites. Maybe, sending the ford dealership to the Chevy,GMC, dealership for some additional customer service training would help. The vehicle that was purchased at the Hertrich ford dealership was my Sons 1st experience in buying a car. Not a great impression to say the least.

By far the best ever to buy vehicles

I brought a car from hertich on a Thursday took it home decided that I didn't like it because it was to small.Took it back Friday morning Louis Risher is the best salesperson ever he didn't get mad at all got me a car I was ? with made my day.Oh and the papers got signed on Thursday for a car I took back because I wasn't ? and he smiled and said OK let me talk to the boss.go Louis👍

The best experience I've had

This was the BEST experience I've ever had at a dealership! I intitially went into Hetrich over an inquiry about the mailer i received. I had no intentions on leaving the lot with a brand new Ford Focus. Richie Shive, Bruce and Dave are miracle workers! They never forced my hand, they answered every question I could possibly think of, and they made me feel comfortable with trading in my current vehicle. They offered me above market value for my vehicle, and then they made sure my payments were realistic for my lifestyle. These guys weren't sales people, they were REAL people. Having conversations about career aspirations and family dynamics while I test drove the vehicle were really genuine. I can go on about my experience at Hertrich, but you have to see it to believe it. If you're in close proximity and you're looking for a new vehicle, or even if you have an inquiry, just stop by, you won't regret it!

Great Experience!

Kelvin was great to work with and we had a great experience buying a Ford F-150. Appreciated how he went over all the details and the Autocheck with us.

Excellent Experience

The manager Doug and my salesman Richard went above and beyond to meet the high expectations and demands I set forth. They met the price I wanted for my trade and they sold me an Excellent new Ford truck at a great value. They treated me fairly and honestly so, I would highly recommend anyone buying from this dealership.

thought i could trust

bought a used car from them very friendly salesman acted like he knew what he was talking about took car home for a night seemed good signed paperwork. the very next day noticed a loud noise in the rear of car and was shaking took to a friend who had a shop. 2hrs later called and asked were i got the car i told him he said no way this car passed state inspection the rear tie rod was stripped only held by a few threads and been stripped for a while both cv axles were bad he said no inspector should have missed that the headlights were off one was blinding on coming traffic rear struts were bad and got a bad left rear hub assy $1150.00 later and 2 days seemed fine driving home from work all my traction control abs steering assist lights came on took to mechanic said front left hub speed sensor wire had broke in the past and someone repaired it in the past got whole harness replaced after 1 month abs module went bad other three wheel hub sensors go bad this car has been a nightmare from day 1 the salesman called me and asked how i like it i told him everything and never herd from again oh ya did i say when i bought the car sales manager told me i got good deal because they put a lot of money in that car my mechanic is still scratching his head on that one

Customer service

Had some issues with a used vehicle, but the GM at the dealership made a sincere effort, and beyond, to correct the problems. Building long relationships with customers at car dealerships is the backbone of the industry.
