Why can't all salesman be like him?

I'm not going to lie, I hate car shopping and salesman. I was pleasantly surprised when I was approached by James Buhl at Larson. He was nothing like other salesman (you know what I mean) and I actually ended up enjoying myself car buying. Crazy how things can change. Thanks James!
