The owner Sean made the car buying experience very easy and stress free. I looked at two different vehicles at Hawk Automotive about a month apart. I went home to think about the first car, that didn't quite match the color I was after and Sean simply said "let us know if you are interested". I loved the fact that he didn't call me excessively and let me come to my own decision. After experiencing some other dealerships lack of customer service and calls every other day, I kept thinking of what a nice experience I had at Hawk. I called him back to let him know I was still in the market and he actually had "the" car I was shopping for. I went in and the buying and trade in process was straight forward and fair. They are looking for clients for life and return business and it shows in the way they listen and treat you. Good people and would recommend giving them a shot.

I didn't know buying a car could be so easy! Sean made us feel comfortable and made the who experience painless! We went to several dealers around town and it was a night and day difference. Sean was straightforward, knowledgeable and his prices were competitive. We felt good buying our Honda from him. He followed through with everything he said he would do! We will definitely buy our next car from Sean and Jane already referred friends and family!

Wanted to wait for a year following purchase in order to properly report results. Purchased a beautiful white 2010 Maxima with the tech package coming off lease about a yr ago from Hawk Automotive. During test drive, noticed vibration due to the brakes. Knew there was a problem with the pads and or rotors. Dlr immediately REPLACED all of the pads and rotors. I am pretty sure that they were embarrassed about not noticing the issue before putting it on the lot for sale and certain that this was not indicative of what is normally found. The negotiation part of the process was very amicable and we were able to arrive at a fair price for both of us. I have not had the first problem with the car since and absolutely love it. Don't let the small lot/office discourage you. As far as I am concerned, his low overhead allows him to offer more competitive pricing. I will definitely visit these folks again when in need of another automobile and have recommended them to friends.

Sean is by far one of the best dealers I have worked with in the Kansas City Area. He truly knows everything about his cars and was there to help me instead of haggle me. I went to several other dealerships before deciding on my purchase and have to say there is no comparison between Hawk Auto and its competitors. Every other dealership I walked into I was treated "nicely" but I could immediately tell they were trying to get every penny out of me. With Sean I had a more easy going personal experience. The car I purchased was used but had looked as if it had barely been out on the road. The interior of the car looks untouched. Sean replaced the driver side seat, all four tires, and the knob on the shifter before he put it on the lot. I still was able to obtain an unbeatable price and didn't have a team of sales people negotiating me at every turn. I recommend Hawk Automotive to anyone in search of a used luxury vehicle.

Sean was great to work with! He had the car I was looking for, well below the price of any competing dealers in the area. I was a first time buyer and he answered all my questions without pressuring me to buy a car I didn't want. He was willing to stay late to accommodate my schedule on multiple occasions. Overall this has been the best car buying experience I have ever had. Working with Sean has been extraordinary.From the time we called him to picking up the car, he was upfront, courteous,and friendly. We rarely had to ask questions, as he was so informative about the condition of the vehicle there was little to ask. After dealing with Sean, we have recommended Hawk Automotive to several of our friends and plan on another purchase in the next couple months.T heir shop is also very interesting, as it's filled with a plethora of Porsche memorabilia... Amazing find, we feel lucky to have found hawk automotive.

I must say, I have never received this caliber of service from a car dealership ever. From the time we contacted Sean, he was very professional and courteous. We did not have to ask a lot about the car we purchased, as he gave us the full run-down of it's condition. We had to drive 2 1/2 hours to get to Merriam to purchase the vehicle, which he took into consideration and paid for some necessary repairs and upkeep before we left. I was very happy with the service, and plan to purchase another vehicle in a few months, and I will definitely choose Hawk Automotive. We were told from other dealerships that we would get a hunk of junk for the amount of money we were looking to spend, then we found Hawk Auto and it was a pleasure to do business with them. Another interesting fact, the shop is filled with a plethora of Porsche memorabilia. Pretty cool to look at it all while we were processing the paperwork. I would highly recommend Hawk if you are looking for a great dealership with high business ethics. My wife and I recently purchased a vehicle from Hawk Automotive and we had a tremendous experience with Sean. From the time I walked in Sean was so upfront and honest. He knew everything about the car and where it came from. I felt so comfortable talking to Sean and it was so pressure free. Even when I test drove the car I still had another car to look at so I was going to a different dealer to check out the other car and he helped me with directions to the other dealer. Who does that? He knows if you like the car that his customer service and prices will bring you back. Kudos to you Sean.
