Bought a Lexus rx350 from Sean a couple of months back. In looking back I have to say that this was the best buying car experience that I have had. Over the last 40 years I have purchased many used cars from many dealers and individuals. Great car at a great rice, along with getting to deal with a great individual - Sean. His integrity, honesty, and humbleness impressed me. If you are looking for a posh shop with all the doughnuts you can eat and sofas with oversized cushions to sit on while you are attended to, than this is not the place. Sean shares space in an aging small building. To me, it's "Comfortable". I had been looking all across the country for a certain make and model of car when I stumbled upon the car I was looking for at Hawk Automotive. Was more than a little surprised that it was just 2 miles from my home in Shawnee, KS. Do not judge the quality and service of this dealership by the building and location. Sean carries only the best pre-owned cars at very reasonable prices. He is honest, fair, knowledgeable and extremely easy to work with. I had planned to make this my first stop before looking at several other locations and cars, but made a decision to purchase from Sean because I simply trusted him and was impressed by the quality and condition of the cars he sells. He made each step of the process simple and has followed up since my purchase, just to make sure that I was happy with my purchase. Would gladly recommend Sean and Hawk Automotive to anyone looking for good quality used cars and a reputable dealer.

We found the vehicle online and after some phone conversations traveled to Sean's location and to our great satisfaction the vehicle was more than we had hoped for and at a better price than anyone around. This guy is super honest and upfront, knowledgeable about his inventory and very friendly and professional. There is no high pressure sales pitch stuff to deal with, his cars and his reputation speak for themselves! Buying my first car as a single lady was intimidating but my experience with Hawk Automotive and the owners was reassuring. Because it was a small dealership I was able to meet with the owner to learn about the vehicle that I was interested in and I didn't have to go through the hassle of meeting with a high-pressure salesperson who had to get "the boss's'" permission to make the deal. The owner, Sean and his wife are a very sweet and personable young couple and were very helpful through the whole process. Sean was very patient with me in explaining what I needed to know about buying a car. I got a beautiful deal on the car I wanted. The building the offices are housed in was less than appealing and very cold in the heart of January. The parking lot that the cars were parked in was very small and tight, but they were more than happy to bring the vehicle out where I wouldn't be concerned about hitting another car on my test drive. I wish the office was more appealing but if the cost they're saving on facilities enables them to sell the cars for a better price then I'm fine with it. My only real suggestion would be for better signage. I drove right by it at first when I was trying to locate them. Over all my experience was wonderful and I wish them nothing but success. I predict this business will only increase in success in the coming years. And when I need my next car, I will look to Hawk Automotive first.

I first came to this dealership 2 years prior to this purchase. At that time I chose to purchase a different car. 2 years later, Sean remembered me and the car I was looking at. He is completely honest and professional. No pressure at all! It is like a breath of fresh air to have a car dealer that you can believe what they are saying! I highly recommend Hawk Automotive and will definitely do business with them again.

My daughter came across Hawk Automotive while surfing the web for a new car. Later that day my husband and I set up a time to meet with Sean to have a look at the car. At first we were a little skeptical of what we would find, being that our 21 year old daughter found it but she made it sound promising. Right off the back we were taken by surprise on how everything on Sean's lot was immaculate. All the cars were in outstanding condition with honest prices. As if that wasn't enough Sean was great to work with. My husband and I knew we were dealing with a genuine and honest person, who made us feel very welcomed. It didn't matter to Sean that we were just looking around, he was more than willing to take his time and answer any questions we had. Needless to say my daughter ended up with the car and Sean was great with working with us and the fact that she is a college kid. My husband and I decided to look around the lot and as we were we came across a car I feel in love with. Now I buy no means was looking for a car. I had recently purchased a brand new car in 2013, but it didn't even compare to the car I ended up with from Hawk automotive. Sean really worked with me and was fair with his prices. Honestly if it weren't for my daughter coming across Hawk automotive, I wouldn't have ended up with the best car I've ever owned. I can't express enough how wonderful Sean is; he's not like your average sale's dealer. He wasn't pushing or persistent and never made us feel pressured or uncomfortable. But he WAS down to earth, honest, and professional and more than willing to work with both my daughter and I. My husband already said when he's ready to get his next vehicle Hawk automotive will be the place, hands down!
