I bought a used GL 450 here and was impressed my the selection and service of this dealer. By far the most pain free car purchase of my life.

I had been looking online for a GL450 and stumbled onto Hawk Automotive through the Amex car buying system. After getting to know Sean and going through the purchase it became clear he knows what he is doing. He only stocks clean used cars and sells them for what they are worth. He isn't the typical pushy used car salesman so if you are looking for a car don't hesitate to stop by and look.

TLDR – Hawk Automotive is a great place to buy a car. Low mile, high quality, clean inventory, great prices, and customer service that is hard to believe. I don’t think there was an abused car on the lot. For the full story, keep reading When I was abruptly faced with purchasing another vehicle, I was not pleased about it. Buying a used car is a stressful prospect. I had all but forgot about the used car game. You either go to a CarMax, or a reputable dealer if you want to have low hassle, but you will end up spending 10-20% over the market for a used car. Next come the buy here pay here dealers. You step foot on the lot, and you can feel the greasy sales tactics in the air, but, if you are skilled enough to look over the car, watch for ownership pitfalls, and then deal with the cheesy dude on the other end of the desk, you can find a decent deal. The problem is, in the back of your head, you are constantly wondering: what kind of stuff are they hiding from me? Enter Hawk Automotive. He doesn’t have a fancy store-front, or a showroom, the place isn’t crawling with service managers, sales people, finance people, and mechanics. If you want to help pay for all that overhead with your next car purchase? Be my guest. If you are looking for a clean car, with low miles, a solid vehicle history, at or under market value? This is the place. The business owner wants to build his business on you leaving happy and telling your friends. He has put his capitol into the vehicles that he puts on his lot, not on overhead. You can tell from his inventory that he’s after the smart buyer: Someone who doesn’t want to take the value hit on a new car, but wants something that’s next to perfect at the best possible price. My specific experience? After watching the market for a few months, I could see a pattern for what this specific car seemed to go for, and he was within $500 of that price. After the sale, I ran into a couple of interesting situations with the car, none of which were his responsibility or concern, but he bent over backwards to make sure that I was 100% pleased. Yes, I will look at his inventory next time I need a vehicle, and I will recommend him to my friends and family.

Our experience with Hawk Auto was top notch. We had looked all over the state, they had the exact car we wanted. It was super clean and the price was the best we had found. Next time we need a car, Hawk will be the first place we look us and our kids. Thanks Sean for a great car buying experience!

They need to work on their customer service, they do not treat you like a person. I felt like they didn't want my business.

Hawk Automtoive provided me the BEST buying experience I've had thus far. I have purchased multiple vehicles from domestic to foreign, but never had an experience like I did most recently with Hawk. Their service was impeccable! They have a true sense of urgency to get you into a great vehicle, yet still maintain a client centric approach. This can be rare when purchasing a vehicle. Sean does a fantastic job and is extremely helpful. He only keeps quality vehicles on his lot. I bought an Acura MDX and love it. Sean made the financing process and paperwork extremely easy and made sure that I was completely satisfied with the SUV before I left. Most definitely will be coming back for my next Acura.
