We purchased a 2013 Infiniti FX37 which is not an easy car to find, maybe 300 nationwide and just a couple in the KC metro. Absolutely beautiful car loaded with options at a very fair price. Although I had financing, they were able to help me find a better published rate which enabled me to negotiate an even lower rate from my financier. They have the upper scale, low mileage, clean vehicles you want to look at. If we hadn't taken the FX37, there was a Lexus RX350 F Sport that we would have walked away with. We will be back again.

I knew I wanted to purchase a used luxury vehicle with a known history, so like most people I went searching online. I found several vehicles I was interested in looking at this dealership, so I went by for a visit. It's a small, tightly packed lot, but all of the cars appear to be off-lease luxury vehicles. Every one I was looking at had a full CarFax report that was available online and I was able to do comparison shopping beforehand. I sat in several vehicles and took a couple for test drives with the owner, which were very laid back and no pressure. I decided on one of the cars and after a short and easy negotiation we settled on a price that was fair to both of us. It was great to be able to work with the owner and not get the run around in pricing and haggling with a "sales manager". As noted above, the lot is small and the building is quite old, but this allows the owner to keep overhead low and save himself and buyers money. Do not let the first impression sway you from stopping and checking out the cars here. If you're looking for a good deal on a late model luxury car, this is the best place in the KC Metro to find one. I would absolutely buy from them again.

Sean and his right hand man, Danny, run a great operation that truly abides by their slogan of valuing relationships over sales, honesty over profits, and satisfied customers over cutting corners. Sean made our experience purchasing a 2013 Lexus LS 460 very easy. His commitments of support after the purchase was a bonus. Sean made the buying process easy. He told me what he could give me the car for and that was it. No rounds of negotiations and leaving and waiting for a call. He told me his number he needed to get out of the car and we made the numbers work. Gave me a great deal on my trade to make those numbers work. The shop may not be the best, but your not there for the shop. I would buy again from Sean and he actually offered up some of his contacts for tent and wheels. I would strongly recommend.

I was looking for a Lexus on the internet when I came across Hawk automotive. I live in Minneapolis and Hawk had the car I was looking for. I sent a message and the started texting with Sean on purchasing the car. You will not find a nicer salesman than Sean. He did whatever he had to do to get me in that car. He came back with a price that worked for both of us. He set everything up, I drove down Friday morning, signed all the paperwork and now have a 2013 Lexus GS F-SPORT sitting in the garage.
