The guy that help me out said he was going to contact me
The guy that help me out said he was going to contact me to fix my car 2 things that under warranty my car is leaking oil and water and it’s been 3 weeks and he never called me for that reason I’m not happy my drive way keeps getting oil stains and that’s not cool I always take my car to your dealership to get service not sure why I’m not being taken care of … also when I went to do my oil change I was there for about 6 hours I checked in at 8am and didn’t leave until like 3 pm I wasted my whole Saturday just fir an oil change … the Gus simply said oh sorry I have no help today I’m by my self and that’s not cool not happy at all if the ratings would let me rate in the negatives I would give him a negative -20

Hi Josh thank you for replying to my review comments …. FYI it’s now the 31st of May I took my car in for service on the 6th of May well over three weeks I have not gotten a call for my Jeep to be serviced my Jeep’s issues are covered under Max Care contract not sure why my car wasn’t taken cared of that same day or with in that week leaking oil and water might ruin the engine in its entirety.. Josh what is the problem why haven’t I been contacted to take my jeep in what’s taking so long???? Can you please take care of this issue and have my jeep serviced and Action be taken I really appreciate the help sir….
