I was deceived
I drove over an hour to this dealership while keeping communication with the salesman to ensure this car was still available. I arrived, test drove and went to sign the papers for them to come back and say the car was already sold . I didn't want to buy the add ons and I felt that they didn't sell me the car because they weren't going to make enough on it. I already had preapproved financing which they didn't seem to like either. They are out to make as much on you as possible. Go somewhere else that wants to make a deal!

Bad service department
They recommend what you don't need. Check your factory maintenance book first before you approve any services. New management is sucks. Bad service. Looks like Employees are not happy there.

Alex and Gus were amazing during my car purchase process. They worked hard to ensure that I received a great deal and the Finance Department worked just as hard to ensure that the deal was finalized. Initially, my cousin and I had gone to Jeep for a test drive and to discuss prices on a Wrangler. What started as an idea turned into a purchase this weekend. Caleb provided us with such great service and information. We were at the dealership longer than anticipated, but the team at Jeep worked with her (my cousin) to ensure payments were within her budget. Everyone who helped us was informative and welcoming and we would recommend PH Jeep to anyone. A big thanks to everyone, especially, our friend, Caleb!!

Puente Hills CDJR
My husband and I did an extensive research and visited several different Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealerships to purchase a new Grand Cherokee. Our final stop was at Puente Hills CDJR, and we are so glad we decided to go there!!! Rene Ruacho (internet director) and Luis helped us through out the process, and they were extremely patient and knowledgeable! One thing for sure, after going to 7 different dealerships, Puente Hills (by far) had the best service!! Definitely recommend!!!!

I’m upset... took my Jeep for a recall issue- waiting for 4 hrs, I believe if I wouldn’t have said anything my car would have sat there. Before I left there was a strange noice coming from the air vent- going back to today to get it fixed , if you broke it, it’s your responsibility to FIX IT...

Very disappointed with Debbie in service dept don't want to deal with her ever again she doesn't listen then I was help the right way by the service manager very happy with his customer service thank you so much. Will be going back
