I had a great experience with these guys, they have gone out of their way to help and gave me a GREAT deal on my car. We saw them online and went to see on the weekend. They replaced the brakes while we signed the papers and had such a good time talking to Rich that we didnt even relize we had been there for an hour. Thanks so much for everything!!!

I went to meet my buddy who was at carstar for business. While there the SRX Caddy capture my attention. Rick, a sales associate with carstar greeted and assisted. PainLess, no pressure.The finance manager Nick, went the extra mile to get me in my carstar ride for zero down. I have to say, carstar staff had me feeling comfortable. I will purchase addtional vechiles from them, and so should you.//pg p.s. they had the best tasting coffee :)

I recently bought a 2005 Jetta from Rich at Car Star. I saw an ad online and had emailed to acquire about the car. I got a very quick response from Rich to come see the car. I get off work at 530p and with traffic I knew I'd get there right at closing, but they stuck around to help me. The whole process was so easy, everyone was really friendly. I bought my car that night and they weren't able to detail it at the time, they asked me to come back anytime for a free detail. Very professional highly recommended. I love my new Jetta no problems, car is clean and good quality, thanks Rich!
