We had a really positive experience at Hertrich.

We had a really positive experience at Hertrich. What we expected to be a stressful and complicated process turned out to be smooth and manageable, thanks to the team—especially Walter and the manager Mack. Walter was helpful, patient, and took the time to understand what we were looking for in a family car. He made sure we felt informed and comfortable throughout the process. The manager Mack also played a key role in making everything come together efficiently. In the end, we left with a great vehicle that fits our family’s needs, and we felt well taken care of throughout. We’d definitely recommend Hertrich to others looking for a reliable and friendly dealership.

Terrible service for a recall.

Terrible service for a recall. Called in January of 2025 and was told was on the list. Called again the end of February and was told still on the list. Called middle of March and was told I was number 400 and they were only on 200 in terms of completion. Called another dealership, they took my VIN ordered the part and was installed 3 days later. Absolutely terrible customer service and feel I was just being lied to each time I called given the other dealer was able to get the part and install right away.

My experience was and still is bad.

My experience was and still is bad. No professionalism in calling and keeping you abreast on your repairs. A service manager Tommy who whines about his workload, as an excuse for noy calling the customer back. Even now as I write this there is still no contact on proceeding forward as to the damage done to my care while in their care for 26 days.

They were very nice but here is the deal zi bought a used

They were very nice but here is the deal zi bought a used Mustang from them the car is nice so far but the tires was were painted black very shiny looked like new they evened bragged on them no one weather rot they said when I went to the car wash the next day the paint washed of a behold the tire we’re weathered rot all four makes you wonder what else they would do to get a sale it did prove to me they hey are not honest did contact the salesman he said he was sorry would let his general manager know of course I have never heard back from them and it’s been a month so beware

Thank you for the response but I feel if you were really interested in doing anything the general manager would contact me or the salesperson for the salesperson was supposed to tell the general manager and he can find my contact information for all that is on record from selling me the Mustang not trying to be rude just keeping it real

My customer satisfaction of maintenance routine issues were resolve and completed with great customer's satisfaction of Five Stars. Along assuring I was able to get shuttle to and from home to pick up my vehicle. Thank you Hertrich of New Castle Deerships Five Stars from customer's for over 15years!!!!
