To Whom It May Concern, • I was waiting for a survey from Acura and unfortunately, it appears that I never received it. That being said, I just wanted to commend Athena Lundin; • I have purchased and or leased 20+ vehicles in my lifetime. • To say that the most pleasurable sales experience was with Athena would be an understatement. Unfortunately; • My car was totaled and in the process Athena was patient and understanding through my process till I was able to purchase the vehicle. • By our conversations, we test drove (2) vehicles till we narrowed down the vehicle that suited my personal preference and my budget. • Athena always had my best interests at hand. Athena is a consummate professional; • From understanding the product that she is selling to learning & listening to the customer in terms of needs and wants. The final delivery of the vehicle was nothing les than PERFECT. • Her product knowledge is incredible, to say the least. I was looking for a new to me car. I located what I wanted online, did all my research and was prepared for the hours I was going to spend to get what I thought was a good deal. Instead...I just got a good deal...that blew my mind to be honest. I was given a good value for my trade and a good price for the car I was looking at. When I had a question about something, Oeut was super helpful as was Craig, the GM. Everyone was honestly a pleasure to work with!
