First off let me just say I had written on here before. I gave them a second chance. I am writing this to warn others about my experience. I took my... car in for its routine service on May 4, 2018. I always take my car in every 5000 miles which is recommended. Donna the service advisor tried to tell me that my car was due for a tune up which is recommended at 100,000 miles. I stated to her that I believe I had the done. She stated that I did not. I said I need to check my paperwork at home before I say yes because I am pretty sure I had this done. She insisted that it was not in the system that I had. I moved on to the next subject which was once again how my tire sensor light keeps coming on. I have taken this car in serveral times and I have even kept a log of when the tire light was coming on. The last time I mentioned it to them there answer was that it was just low. That was at my last service appointment on November 17, 2017. So I am waiting for my vehicle and after an hour and half which seemed kind of long for an oil change she comes over to me and says your tire sensor needs to be replaced. I state to her that I have replaced them previously. She says let me go check. She comes back with an attitude stating no you did not. I know for a fact that I did. So once again they are accusing me of lying. She becomes very rude to me and states no you did not. She comes back with a printout which is pretty much useless because it is not detailed. When she gives it to me she has to state you will see you did not have this done with a major attitude. So she leaves and then comes back with a list of things that need to be done. She continues on about the sensor I state to her I have had this done. I can see the service manager Jeff also looking. She states in a very ignorant tone no you did not. Finally I say you know what I am not getting anything else done here I am done. The service manager then hurries over to talk to me. I am very upset and say to him I am finished to just give me my paperwork so I can pay for the oil change as I will not be back since this is the second time you are calling me a liar. He then says lets go into my office. Obviously he didn't want other people to see me calling them out.We go into his office. I am extremely upset since I have been coming to this place and haven bought all of our cars here since 2003. I have gotten all service done here. I am still having the same issues with tire light in which they have now stated all of a sudden it is a sensor issue but what is funny is that before they just told me nothing was wrong and they were just low. Kind of interesting now they find the problem but they couldn't before. While I am in his office I say i want a detailed description of what I have had done because I know that one I have had the sensors replaced before and second I know that I have had the tune up done.Jeff was nice and did take the time to go through everything with me but it shouldn't have gotten to that. If Donna would have did her job correctly this would not be happening. All she had to do was look in the system thoroughly and she would have seen that I have had this done. So as we are looking he says you had 4 new tires put on and then 2 tires put on three months later. I was like NO! Why would I have had 4 tires put on and then two new tires 3 months later. I said to him that doesn't even make sense. So he then goes into the ticket. Guess what he finds? I DID have two sensors replaced but of course now the warranty on them is expired. My point was, but I have been bring my car in with the issue with the tires losing air which could have meant that the sensor was going bad at the time. He tell well I can't assume that. I have to go by the paperwork. Of course he does but again I do not trust them. My point was that I was bringing the car in because of the tire light and no one had an answer for me but now since the warranty has expired..
Spent 1400 dollars on extended warranty was told several times it was fully refundable if not used, nothing mentioned that if you trade your car in or... don’t retain the car for the whole period your monies get prorated, it’s a rip off will never buy from this dealership again. I’ll go out of state before I ever purchase one of their cars again
Overcharges on Acura Services and parts are marked up very high.
I was not happy with my last service and after taking my car here for 5 years ever since I bought my car I will take it some where else. The Hyundai service... department is horrible. The service writer was so rude. Accusing me of have my car tire plugged some where else when I have never taken it anywhere else since I bought the car. He just kept accusing me because he said that they didn't use those plugs. To be honest he was new so how would he know. I told him to look at my records and he would see of course he never did. The bottom line is that I have been having nothing but problems with these new set of tires. Tire light keeps coming on and no one has an answer. They keep telling me the same thing. They can not find anything leaking. I said well the tire light has to be coming on for a reason. It is very frustrating that no one has an answer for me. It saddens me that I have to discontinue bringing my car here and taking my business elsewhere. It saddens me there the turnover rate for the service writers is high. It doesn't surprise me after this visit. There is no customer service in the service department anymore since Sean left. I will not be taking my car here or buying any of my cars here any longer. How can anyone accuse a paying customer of having their vechile serviced somewhere else. That is not customer service. I finally had to ask for the Service Manager. He still was like we couldn't have plugged it here because we don't carry that type of plug. No offense to him but really you are new so how would you know what they used in the past. He never even asked anyone at the parts department. Of course if he did they probably were new too considering there are always new people every time I bring my car here. The only good thing that he did was make sure I got out there by the time I needed to leave to get my dad to a doctor's appointment. In the past they would have offered me a rental car but I was told I would have to pay for one. WHAT? I thought that was one of the perks of buying here is that I could get a rental car for free. The service writer told me I could get one but would have to pay for one then the service manager comes over and states we don't have one to give you because of the recalls. HMMM! Being told different things and not believing any of them. I really hope you get your service department together. It is a shame you have to lose a good paying customer and I am sure I will not be the last. Such a shame this service department has really gone down hill. I have spend plenty of money here and to receive this kind of treatment is hurtful and not customer service. If you want people to keep getting service here you shouldn't treat them this way and call them liars. I am so appalled about how I was treated. This is not how you should treat your long time customers. I know this will probably not get addressed but it needs to you are losing valuable customers.
Bought a used SUV . Service changed my oil but didn't tighten the oil plug . Leaked oil all over my driveway that I cleaned myself. When I had an issue... and had to get my SUV towed for repairs, asked for a rental or loaner car was given a nasty attitude by a service member & he hung up on me. Had my SUV towed there by my car insurance because service gave me the wrong warranty info been waiting 2days to find out what wrong and no service member will answer the phone or call back to tell me the status of my SUV or give me a rental or loaner car!!! Worst customer service I have ever witnessed in all my life
As a woman I find anything to do with cars intimidating, but my salesman Jake was great. He was very knowledgable and helpful, but I didn't feel pressured... into buying right away. I had only planned on test driving, thinking it over, and then coming back with "back up", but between loving the car, a great salesman, and then the finance guy getting me a great deal, excellent interest rate and a payment I was very comfortable with, I walked out with a new car, no back up needed!!!
I purchased a 2016 Hyundai Sonata on 8/18/16. My salesman was Luis Ortiz and he was awesome! Before I walked into this dealership, I had been to at least... five others. This was the only salesman I felt comfortable with. He was the only one that had realIy taken his time with me and he made sure he didn't leave out any of the fine print. I reccommend to call ahead to make sure he is there before you go purchase a car. Luis was very knowledgeable about cars, not just Hyundai's. He had a lot of patience. Luis came in on his day off to help me and stayed after hours to make sure I was taken care of. He made sure I was aware of every feature that was available with any car I showed interest in. Luis showed great interest in making sure I was satisfied and received what was affordable for my needs. Even after I purchased the car, Luis followed up with me several times to make sure I was satisfied and if there was anything I needed help with. His attitude was great towards my children and parents. Luis was very personalable which made this process easier and I did not feel pressured at all. I was not to thrilled with the Sales Managers Angel and Mike. They gave me false information and I was very disappointed. I will give Luis 5 stars anyday, but I can't say the same thing for Mike and Angel.
