Wrong costly diagnosis

2 Stars only because the service was timely. However, I left believing I needed $4000 worth of repairs. I was told the trans was leaking and the AWD needed a $1400 part. A second opinion discovered it was a valve cover gasket, not a trans leak. And an OBD2 scanner told me it was $150 worth of wheel speed sensors, not a problem with the AWD. How can they charge a for a diagnosis and not plug in the OBD2? What if I paid the $4000? Neither of my problems would have been fixed!

Great First Time Experience

I had never purchased a car before so needless to say I was very nervous about doing it on my own. The entire Hertrich Hyundai team was so kind and accommodating. I worked with Luis in particular and he went above and beyond working with my budget, showing me around the car, and making sure all of my "must haves" were met. I will 100% use this dealership again if I purchase another car.

My experience with the dealership and my salesman was great. I received the car that I wanted and left most satisfied. The time that I spent in the dealership was short and to the point thank you.

Keep coming back..

I have purchased vehicles in N.Y., New Jersey, Virginia, Delaware...Hertrich is the only dealer been back to twice and will keep coming back. For great srvice and good price check them out

Happy Veloster customer

I came to hertrich with the intention to only test drive a Veloster. James greeted me at the door. I told him I was car hunting and was interested in the Veloster rally edition. We discussed what I was interested in and what other cars I wanted to check out. He offered a test drive of a base turbo Veloster. I enjoyed the car and was satisfied with that model,although that was not the model I wanted. He did a search on the R spec in white and we found one within the mileage limits. He asked if I wanted him to run some numbers, without feeling pressured ,I agreed. To make a long story short, I got my Veloster R spec in white at a reasonable payment. It's been about 2 weeks since I brought the car home and I love it more each day. The total buyers experience was awsome and I will refer James to anyone I know that wants to buy a new car.

Very good experience

My salesman was Herb who was excellent in providing all the necessary information regarding my purchase of a 2017 Elentra. He walked me through all the features and made the whole buying experience very positive.

Excellent

Excellent, no hassle and no stress! Very helpful and knowledgeable sales person. This is how buying a car experience should be, honesty and stress less should be a priory for a dealership

First rate dealer

The car leasing experience was first rate throughout the whole process. James, the salesman, was very courteous and professional. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles (Tucson and Santa Fe Sport) that I test drove.
