Picked up my CX-30 today.

Picked up my CX-30 today...Ray went over the functions of the car with me, which was great. Ray spent a great deal of time last weekend showing me the car and giving me time think about what I wanted to do. Of course I ended up buying a CX-30...the drive home was awesome! It's a great little car for the buck! Go see Ray and get you One! Oh....pet Winston too! Thanks, TARA

We drove about 2 hours to come to Flow Mazda of Charlottesville. It was the best decision we made with the purchase of my new Mazda CX-5. Jenny was a pleasure to work with and the entire staff at Flow Mazda in Charlottesville were friendly. The process was exceptional and nothing felt forced. The atmosphere there was laid back and relaxed. When it comes time to get another vehicle, I'll definitely be returning there.

Just had a great experience buying a new CX-5 from Ray at

Just had a great experience buying a new CX-5 from Ray at Flow Mazda. He was very helpful in explaining the different trims and finding a vehicle that fit my needs. I ended up going with the paint protection package(which took a day to apply) and instead of having to drive back over the mountain to pick it up, Ray delivered it himself. I truly had a great experience with Flow Mazda and Ray in particular!

RAY JORDAN OF FLOW MAZDA CHARLOTTESVILLE

I'm a new immigrant in this country and looking for a vehicle is a bit roller coaster ride for me since i don't have any idea where to purchase a car. I'm really in need of car for my service going to work My friend introduce me to Ray and i was so grateful i met him cause he was so helpful to me. giving me a lot of insights what car i need to buy, how much it worth and most of all because of he's help i was approved in bank lease for my car. He patiently wait to complete my requirements until i get the approval, he's giving me some advice also how i can get all those requirements since I'm still new in here i don't have idea how to process it. i was so delighted with he's service he's all ears to your needs and even he's asking me what help he can give like giving me a ride since i always booking my ride through uber or lyft. he's awesome! and if your trying or even thinking of getting a car try to look for Ray Jordan of flow of mazda charlottesville he's the right guy and you won't regret it...

Ray Jordan Salesperson: Flow Mazda Charlottesville

Ray Jordan is the salesperson who just sold me a car from Flow Mazda of Charlottesville (October '23) . He is exceptionally patient, knowledgable and concerned about my buying the "right car". I came to the dealership to test drive/purchase a new Mazda SUV but in the end bought a lightly used trade-in. Couldn't be happier with Ray's guidance and help throughout the purchase process and will definitely use him again when buying from Flow. I HIGHLY recommend RAY JORDAN when you purchase a car from ANY of the Flow dealerships in Charlottesville.

A Ray of Sunshine

If you are going to shop in this store, look for Ray Jordan! He helped me with all info I needed. I am a picky buyer and would always ask for the best price/rate/deal. Ray knew that I am shopping from a number of different dealership and he respected that. He always replies on my gazillions questions even though I did not guarantee that I will buy from him. Because of that, when I saw a great deal from another Mazda store from a different state, I showed Ray if they can match that offer because I wanted to buy from Ray. He then worked with me and they were able to match it (they even got me an even better deal). This dealership did not have any other additional cost like market adjustment and stuff that is why I got the best deal here. Plus their lobby feels so luxurious. When you visit say for a test drive or just window shopping, make sure you go ahead and make yourself a warm French Vanilla drink.

Thank you Ray Jordan!

Ray Jordan and Flow Mazda made buying a new car a truly pleasant experience. We were in a time crunch for a new car after our previous Mazda CX-5 was totaled in a collision with a deer. We new what we wanted and he worked hard to get it for us in a brief period of time. Ray's "can do" attitude and kind nature made the whole process easy and not stressful. We are incredibly grateful for him and will plan to go back when it's time for another car!

Ray Jordan is the best!!!!

The overall staff was friendly, professional, and displayed great care and attention to our needs. They found the car that we wanted, not the car they wanted to sell! We purchased the Mazda CX5 and love it! A very affordable car that runs great and handles well!
