Go With Flow Auto and Ray Jordan

I recently purchased a 2023 Mazda CX-5 Signature from Flow Auto of Charlottesville VA. Ray Jordan, Brand Specialist, at Flow Auto guided my wife and myself through the sales process. To say that Ray is an exceptional car salesman would be an understatement. Ray is extemely knownledgeable about the Mazda CX-5. He answered all of our concerns about the CX-5 with detailed factual information. In fact he owns one himself. On the test drive, We wanted to experience the turning ability of the CX-5. Ray knew the perfect location to experience the nimbleness of the CX-5. We made left and right figure eights. The CX responded with tight turning radiuses. Exactly what we had hoped. We climbed some small hills with power to spare. We accelerated smoothly into traffic. The cabin of the CX was quiet, virtually little road noise. After the test drive, Ray took the time to demonstrate many of the great features of the CX-5: the power lift gate, the power seats, the rear cargo area with fold down second row seats and the infotainment system. Ray's willingness to spend the time and effort with my wife and myself in familiarizing us with the CX-5 clinched our decision to purchase one from Ray and Flow Auto of Charlottesville VA.

Great experience at Flow Mazda! See Ray Jordan!

Wow! Ray Jordan was great helping me with the purchase - he made the car purchase an easy and informative process. I'm in the car biz (a long time) and have never felt relaxed in any store but Flow (even in some of our own stores in South Jersey!!). No pressure, no hype. I'll recommend Ray Jordan to anyone I know who wishes to purchase a Mazda :)

Professional and knowledgable!

It was a pleasure working with Terra Foster. She is very friendly and knowledgable. I haven't decided on my purchase yet. However, I am leading more toward Flow after working with Terra.

Easy to deal with

Great to deal with! Ray was attentive and knowledgeable and made the whole process seamless - definitely recommend! This is my second leasing experience and it was easy and straightforward

Great experience

We recently purchased a Mazda CX5 at Flow Mazda and I have to say it was a pleasant experience. Our sales person, Ray Jordan, was very professional, transparent, and helpful. Everything about the purchase was smooth and easy. We would definitely work with him again.

Transparent and Easy

Just bought a new CX-5. Ray Jordan was wonderful. He is professional, kind and values your relationship. He answered all my questions and made the whole process very easy and simple. He is such a hard worker and always available to help! highly recommend him for your business with Flow Auto.

Good car buying experience

Ray Jordan is the brand expert at Flow Mazda. I was interested in a 2022 Miata. He answered all my questions and helped me decide if this was the right vehicle for me. I am loving the car! Thank you Ray.

Good experience

Just bought a 2023 Mazda 3 - a long process - but the saleman, Ray Jordan was great throughout the whole thing. He kept me informed about where we were, answered any questions I had and kept me from losing hope that it was going to happen. It's the second Mazda i've bought from Ray, and I'll recommed Flow to my friends.

I bought a great car from Ray Jordan at Flow Mazda

I just bought a fantastic car at Flow Mazda in Charlottesville VA. The process was amazingly stress free, and the reason was that I worked with Ray Jordan. I really think he was more concerned with making sure I was happy with my purchase than trying to sell me on it. He had multiple opportunities to try to upsell me on cars they had on the lot and didn't. Having said that, if he wasn't sure what I wanted was right for me - I think he would have said so. I bought a used car (A Subaru at a Mazda dealership) and Ray clearly went out of his way to learn about the car I was buying in order to make sure it was right for me. When I bought the car he personally drove it out to my house to make the transaction more easy for me - clearly taking time out of a busy day. The next time I buy a car I will look for Ray at Flow Mazda and I will advise my friends to do the same thing!
