Bought 2020 cherokee in july 2020 had to bring to dealership because of a horrible mold smell. They ozone bombed it cleaned the hvac system then said it was good. The smell almost made me gag it was so bad service tech said thats bad. Then called us back said it had to goto a water specialist now they want money from us to fix a defect

I bought a brand new Jeep today from this location! I chose this location over 4 different deletes, glad I did! Alex was our sales rep and did an amazing job of answering all of our questions and provided me with multiple options to chose from. The sales and finance managers were very informative as well! De was super helpful, courteous, and went out of his way to have my car delivered to me 3.5 hours away! He was not aggressive at all, but kept in touch and I appreciated that. They were alright. I like the deal. We didn't buy the extended warranty and they made there pitch but when we said no they didn't make it uncomfortable to so kudos to Keyvan. It took time to do all the paperwork but no worse than other vehicle purchases I have made at other dealers. The final assembly of our truck is in Michigan. 5.7 Engine made in Mexico.
