Buyer Beware

I have a lease agreement with KIA stating the amount I would have to pay if I decided to purchase the vehicle at lease end. It specifically states $xx,xxx.xx and a purchase option fee of N/A. They want to add an additional $500. to do the paperwork!! N/A must mean whatever we decide to charge you!! This is the email I got from the salesman (cut and paste from my email).............................................................. Us doing the paperwork is the reason for the $500 fee. You will need to call Kia and they can instruct you where to send your payment and then you will need to go to Secretary of State after getting proof of payoff from Kia so you can take care of the title work with the state, then you will have to contact your insurance company letting them know your car is paid off and you will need to take the the paperwork form the state showing your cars paid off or you can come to see me at Kia and we can do all this for you for $500. Let me know if you are going to go thru me or not. Thank you, Joe Genco Kia of Jackson Called Skip Young ( the owner) he hasn't returned my phone call.

KIA of Jackson was AMAZING!!!

I just recently bought a car from KIA of Jackson and was not the least disappointed on any level. My sales rep was Melissa Allen and I would recommend her service to EVERYONE!!! She was not only friendly and helpful but was also very honest with helping me find the perfect car that met every need that I had.

Title

They sold my car after I went thru credit aproval,and taking full insurance for that car,we call to tell them we are on the way to pickup the car,and they said car was sold to someone else,they didn't even bother to call us.Beware!Horrible people!

Horrible

Went to credit approval got approved, cancel insurance on one of my cars,and luckily we call before we went overthere,because they sold our car to someone else,horrible people who don't care about their customers, BEWARE!

Horrible Service

My wife and I went to purchase a new car with a trade in and the sales department treat you like a number and their commissions are the only thing that matter not actually helping people. We were very disrespected and offended the way we were treated by not only the sales woman but the manager on duty wasn't willing to help either. This would have been our 3rd car from there but we will never go there again.

Horrible service

My wife and I went to kia of jackson sales department only saw us as a number the woman we delt with refused to help us she was very rude and disrespectful it was gonna be our 3rd car from them but now we will never go there again. Horrible service on all fronts even their manager couldn't believe we were offended

So happy with my decision to come to Kia of Jackso

I was very happy with Jim and Cody for all of their help with my journey to purchase my 2018 Sorento. They both were very accommodating and informative. I was so stressed out before they went over all my options and helped me to go with the best situation for me. I'm so grateful.

Joe was great! Extremely knowledgeable without any pressure. Got us exactly what we wanted at a very good price! They even opened early for us without prior notice.

Departmental Techician

Jerry was helpful and knowledgeable . We enjoy the new Soul Kia. Drives good. The only thing is you shouldn't have to write a 25 word minimum review in order to submit the survey.

Excellent rating for Melissa

Have had my new KIA Sorento for a couple weeks now and I couldn?t be happier with my choice. I love everything about it. I really enjoyed working with Melissa. She did a great job working with us and answered all our questions. She definitely gets an excellent rating from us.
