It was a pleasure working with Craig at Indy Auto Source. This is the 4th car we have purchased with them. They have always been honest and fair with us.

Wonderful experience! Couldn't be any easier to buy a car. Craig is the total opposite of the stereotypical used car salesman. He is a true professional that puts the customer first. I would buy another car from him in a heartbeat.

Craig and Dawn was awesome to deal with. They got my wife and I approved for the car we liked and gave me about a week to decide what I wanted to do and probably would of gave me longer but I decided on my behalf to make the decision just because I know selling cars is a business and they needed to move on to try and sell it. My wife and I was very close to accepting the offer we got but a few things on our end just didnt quite work out like we had hoped. So we had to turn down our offer as of right now. If the car is still available within hopefully month to two months then hopefully we can try to get re approved and work something out. According to Dawn getting us approved was quite the challenge which I figured it would be since we had a couple issues that would defiantly be challenging. For years I had been looking for a BMW - Z4 in good condition at a fair price. Coming across the Indy Auto Source website I found such a vehicle. I contacted Craig (owner) and he immediately answered my call. Craig spent a lot of time describing the car in great detailed. We texted back and forth and he was very patient with my questions. He was always available and answered my text messages quickly. When I told him I was interested in looking at the car, he suggested that we meet. I live in Cincinnati (100 miles) from Carmel, Indiana. Craig suggested that we meet halfway on I-74 so I wouldn't have to drive all of the way to Carmel. He told me if I was not happy with the car - no problem - no obligation. We met, and the car was better than I had ever envisioned. The condition was amazing! Even though it was a 2004 - it looked almost new! Great tires, new breaks - new battery - and Craig even changed the oil. Needless to say, I was thrilled and purchased the car on the spot. Craig was great to work with! He is very ethical and honest. I have purchased many vehicles in the past, but Craig made it very simple and easy to do business with Indy Auto Source. Even though this was an older car, he stood behind in and told me that we would take care of ANY repairs at full cost up to 30 days from purchase. I would certainly purchase future cars from Craig and have already recommended Indy Auto Source to my friends.

Full disclosure - I have had business relationship with Indy Auto Source through my employer since they opened in 2009. In Oct. 2015 I decided to replace my aging vehicle with a newer, safer vehicle. I found Craig had a fully loaded 2012 Corolla S on his lot and having known Craig and Dawn to be one of the most honest and customer driven dealers on the Northside of Indy I had no doubt I would be well taken care of. Craig was very upfront about the condition and work done to the car. He even pointed out the details other dealers would avoid like that very nice paint on a used car could be an indication of prior body work, and it was. The CarFax he provided revealed a minor rear corner collision, where a quarter panel and paint were repaired at a dealer the year before. I agreed to purchase the car and Craig made the process easy and was very quick about providing any paperwork my credit union needed for the loan. I will be returning to Indy Auto Source in the future.

This is the best place I've ever purchased a car, and I've purchased Several in my year's excellent service, great prices and wonderful people. Craig and Mike go way above and beyond. Cars are much nicer than normally found at used car shops. DO NOT PURCHASE A USED CAR WITHOUT SEEING THEM FIRST.
