My kids were needing a "newer" car to drive. I had been watching the Indy Auto Source website for months. I scheduled and appointment and they had all the cars I was interested in warmed-up and ready for the test drives. That was super helpful on a super cold day.

Cassandra and Craig were great to work with, bought a very clean, low mileage 2003 Civic.

Had a great experience buying a 2004 Lexus from Craig and Mike. It is for my 16 year old son and he is very excited. Clean car, low miles and easy buying process. If your looking for a good used car, look no farther.

What a great experience. We showed up right after they had closed but Mike made us feel comfortable at ease about keeping him after hours. We had him running back and forth getting different keys as we weren't positive about what we wanted. Despite the rain he happily ran back and forth. We honestly felt terrible but he assured us it was no big deal. Mike had several opportunities to up sale us but kept us grounded and helped us make a sensible decision for our situation. We couldn't be more happy with our experience and car. We will be back again as soon as our 2nd car kicks the bucket. Thanks Mike and Craig (he was in Florida and still answering calls).

Craig was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I plan on getting my next car from him for sure. My 16 year old daughter got her first car and Craig made it the best experience ever. He was very knowledgable about cars explained in detail anything we had questions about. Seemed very honest and trustworthy from the first interaction with him. Needless to say... I was beyond impressed!!! We bought the car and had she loves it!!!! I would recommend him to family and friends !!!! The waiting room....amazing !!! Obviously ....I was super impressed !!!!!

Hate to look for cars............Craig was very knowledgeable and very no pressure. Found a great car for my son..........Craig arranged all the financing through a local bank.........car was clean, filled with gas and ready to go at the time he said it would be ready. Highly recommend this car dealer............will go back when we need another car. The experience changed the way I look at this process.

Ended up buying car from another place as it had the options I was looking for. But for anyone looking to buy a used car this is probably the best place to go to. Craig is awesome, car was fairly priced and he even offered to deliver the car to Columbus INDIANA if needed. No pushy salesmen just the owner. Highly recommended.

Purchased a 2013 Honda Odyssey that was listed online. I called for additional information on the vehicle - i.e. scratches, dents, etc that might not show in the pictures etc. Craig was very honest about everything. There was apparently a scratch on one of the doors that indeed did not show in the images and he had it repaired and sent images of the repairs before we arrived to see the van. The remote for the entertainment system was found to be missing when we arrived on the lot. Craig ordered a replacement and had it sent to our home after we purchased. There was no haggling, no doc fees - just a straight forward, honest purchase. I don't expect perfection from a used car or for there to be no mistakes or misunderstandings with a deal. I do expect to be treated fairly and honestly and that is definitely what Craig and his family did. Despite being a 2 hour drive, I will definitely look to purchase from them again the next time we are shopping for a vehicle. This was a purchase from a person who truly cares about treating people right and feeling good and proud about his business at the end of the day.

This by far was the best car buying experience of my life. I was greeted by the son of the owner who immediately handed me the keys to the Acura I was interested in. It was great to have the time without sales people hovering around while I checked out the car. The car was exactly what we were looking for, better price, immaculate condition, lower mileage, than any of the big dealers we had already visited. They even allowed me to take the car home to show my husband. I bought the car that day without reservation. Craig Miller , the owner explained all details, warranty etc. Mrs. Miller was also there working in the office, the family dynamic was comforting and without pressure. We have already told our friends about our positive experience and would definitely purchase again from the Miller family at Indy Auto Source.
