Great service, nice people

I dropped my Tahoe off for oil change and was told approximate time it would be ready. About that time out our salesman Luke walks in. I then told the service writer that I would just walk down to Home Depot to look at plants and they could call when ready. Luke then offered to give me a ride. It was very cloudy and rainy and when he dropped me off he gave me his card and said to call if it was raining or I needed a ride back. I thought that was really nice of him. The service writer also told me our rear brake pads needed to be replaced and they would do it at no charge since we have only had the vehicle a few months. I was very pleased with the service I received. Thank you

Great Service/Awesome Service Advisor

Kimberly Gorton is by far one of the most excellent service advisors I've ever dealt with. She is friendly, professional and really cares about her customers and makes me feel secure knowing that she will get the work done properly and in a timely fashion. She is an awesome lady and a real asset to the Davis-Moore team.

EXCELLENT on ALL levels!!!

It was a holiday weekend, my son came in from Minnesota and his Denali had a issue, his truck was worked on at Davis Moore Service while he was deployed and Kimberly was honest and up front and advised she couldn't promise they could get it done but would do her best because my son was suppose to leave the next morning, they got it done and he was able to leave and get back home safely and on time. Once again the Davis Moore Team came through for us. I never go any place else. They are ALWAY'S kind, courteous and honest and I appreciate every last one of them. Made sure I left feeling like a valued customer.

Davis-Moore replaced a set of tires on my Corvette. Total job price came in well below the estimate, plus they cleaned the inner wheel barrels at no additional charge. Kimberly Gorton, my service advisor, was very accommodating and kept me informed while the car was in her care. She followed up with me, after delivery, to make sure the car drove out well and I was happy with the ride quality and handling. I would recommend Davis-Moore and Kimberly to anyone needing car maintenance.
